I've been working with Pavillion Agency for many years. First I worked with Holly ( I really miss her ), then Jeffrey and lately with Hannah. It's always been a pleasure to work with them all the way. They care about what you are looking for, finding the right fit and they placed me with very good jobs all the time I needed. I really recommend them!

I am a nanny for over 20 years and have an outstanding resume and several great letters of recommendation. I interviewed well with Pavillion and when they moved forward to check my references, an explained discrepancy in ONE of my references phone number let to them 100% ghosting me. Mark treated me like a criminal and Jessica flat out and unprofessionally ignored my email asking for an update and status of my application. I am appalled that something as an area code was enough to disqualify a seasoned nanny from being connected with families in New York. I am currently being assisted by several other agencies in NYC who were professional with the way their vetting process was handled and verified me as an invaluable nanny. Shame on you Pavillion Agency! You lost the opportunity to place a hard working, loving and truthful nanny. Consider behaving in a more professional manner.

One of the worst agencies ever to work with in my 30+ years of working in private service! They blow you and your references off when they have scheduled the appointments. Horrible!
