Omg their food is so goooooodt ! Definitely Top Tier ! Fire I got a large Pizza with Breadsticks omg straight flames!

Tonight like , at least twice a month,we ordered 2 hoagies from here. A fried fish with cheese and a steak. This fish was soggy and no cheese. I called and spoke to the manager, we had already eaten half of it.
She said she would have her driver come get it, then refund me!
I said we gave i gave it to the dog!
She said , sry, unless I send it back we can't refund!
She didn't care that she lost a customer.

I love it most of the time. But last time ordered extra sauce and cheese. Got neather did not even get the normal amount

Another decent Pasquales location. I have already been to the Allison Park location, but this place is marginally better in my opinion. Not by a long shot, but still. The staff seems to be friendlier and communicates well here. One man behind the counter even remembers us from the past time we ordered!

I got the medium Deluxe Pizza and a medium cheese pizza. The Deluxe seemed to have onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, peppers, and extra cheese. It had a ton of vegetables and a decent amount of meat. pretty tasty, and the sausage had a great element of heat to it.

My cheese pizza was basic, but pretty good. The sauce is a little sweet and the crust is nondescript, but it came out still warm and tasty. This place also has tons of specials going on all the time. Today, they even had 2 two topping medium pizzas for $6 each! That's pretty incredible. And, the service was great, considering they were super busy as it's the day before Halloween.

Pasquales isn't authentic Italian, healthy, or especially unique, but they are efficient, friendly, and pretty consistent at this location.

One of my favorite pizza places! From the service, to the overall taste of their pizza, they never disappoint. This place is a regular in my household. So glad it's in the neighborhood.

The food itself was very good. The fresh oven baked hoagies we're plentiful with various meats and cheeses and the hamburger sub was cooked to perfection. The delivery was almost two hours however most pizza shops in the area were closed or experiencing the same problems due to the lack of employees. It was worth the wait however because the food was still hot when it was delivered. The driver was very apologetic and was very friendly. If ordering any food be patient right now it is a labor shortage not a restaurant taking more than they can handle. We were very pleased this time with the overall process of our order. I will order again. Highly recommend this establishment.

These guys are awesome! Their online ordering uses Grubhub, which I hate, so we just phone orders in. We always are on hold for a few minutes because they're so busy but can't complain.

Very disappointed!! We ordered a pizza this afternoon. I ordered a large pizza, 1/4 cheese & 3/4 pepperoni. When my husband arrived home with the pizza & we opened the box :-(
Pizza was burnt & there was pepperoni on only 2 slices, not 3/4 of the pizza as ordered. When we called them they were very unaccommodating!! Gave us 2 options: Drive back (wasting gas money) and get another pizza OR give us a pizza credit! I asked if we could return pizza & get a refund. They said "No it's not in our policy to give money back." Really hoping to get our money back to get pizza elsewhere, as their policy was ridiculous and lack customer service.
