About the Business
Partners II Pizza of Richmond is a locally owned and operated family restaurant with an extensive menu that includes Pizzas, Calzones, Pastas, Salads, Sandwiches, Appetizers, and Desserts. We make our dough fresh and handcraft each Pizza "New York Style" (soft, thin crust). We also offer "Sicilian Style" deep dish Pizza and Gluten-Free Pizza. Our most popular favorites are the Partners Special Pizza, Potato Pizza, It's Greek to Me Pizza and the Grinder Calzone. We are happy to serve you and we appreciate your interest in our restaurant! Our goal is to provide a friendly gathering place to enjoy great food and great service. We offer an All You Can Eat Salad/Pizza buffet Monday-Friday from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. We also offer an evening buffet on Monday nights from 5 PM to 9 PM. Partners is a great place for birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, family reunions and community group meetings. Pizza was so soggy,(and cold) in the middle, the cheese wasn't even melted. When you tried to pick it up, all the toppings fell off. The crust was burnt. Salad comes on top of a garlic bread "pizza", so lettuce, veggies and toppings are Warm and Wilted. GROSS. Seriously a waste a money for crappy pizza. Especially, when you have Gilums and Apollo. Iwould have been more satisfied with Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. I paid the price for being lazy and not wanting to drive far. Seriously don't do it. You'll regret it!

Good Afternoon Jennifer. We read your recent review of our restaurant and we are sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience with us. We understand that not everybody will enjoy what we offer, and we do believe that Gillums and Apollo are great choices as well. We are sure that you understand that anybody can have a bad day, so we do hope that you will come in again so that we can serve you well. We do want to address your specific concerns about your food. We do encourage our guests to contact us directly and promptly so that we can take care of any issues as soon as they happen. If we are not given this opportunity to address concerns, we cannot attempt to correct them. We serve a New York Style crust, which is thin, hand-crafted at the time of the order and loaded with quality ingredients. It is quite difficult to eat a slice of our pizza one-handed, unless you fold it "New York" style because we believe in fresh, high quality (and sometimes heavy) toppings. We are sorry that the pizza you received wasn't cooked to your liking, and we would have been happy to correct that issue had we known you were not satisfied. The Anti Pasta that you ordered comes on top of our hot, breadstick pizza. The wilting of any toppings could have been easily prevented by indicating that you did not want us to build the Anti Pasta the way we describe it in our menu, so again, we would have been happy to do that for you. We can certainly respect the fact that your expectations were not met, but given the fact that we were not contacted directly gives us no way to make it right. James M.Richmond, KY421Jul 1, 2016Ordered the Bianca calzone and kids chicken fingers for pick up. My daughter devoured her food and liked it. The calzone was a bit greasy but just dabbed it with a napkin once or twice. It's a bit pricey compared to bigger chain pizza places, but it's better.

There is a manager on site each day to address issues that concern our customers, so we are sorry to hear that this is the first we have heard of your issue. Although the dining room at times may not appear full, we consistently receive orders throughout the day for take-out and catering. We definitely agree that over an hour wait is too long, so we would be happy to address your service concern if you choose to visit us again. I had the Greek Salad with dressing on the side. The lettuce was cool and crisp, the feta , olives and artichokes were delicious with lovely garlic toast. It was such a winner I will come back for that salad again all by itself.
DA hubby had pepperoni and sausage pizza. They make their own sausage which is not strongly Italian flavored but is quite tasty. The crust was REALLY tasty and the sauce good too. Pepperoni was good but nothing special.
