Paris Line

The only reason I'm giving this a 4 star - is the sales woman was all over me, until another customer arrived. She talked. She showed me things I wasn't interested in. And when I needed help she was too involved with the next customer.

The selection in mid October was intriguing and I bought black slacks, a top and a pair of white summer pants with sparkles at the ankles. So Vegas.

I visited this boutique store today (Thursday) around 3:30pm, and unfortunately, my encounter with the sales lady left much to be desired. The sales lady was an older lady and her behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
Upon entering, my daughter expressed interest in trying on a coat. However, the sales lady curtly informed us that unless we were purchasing the item, we shouldn't even consider trying it on. Her tone was condescending, and she made it clear that she assumed we couldn't afford the coat. The coat might be beyond her budget, but if I decided to buy it, I certainly could. However, I prefer to take my business elsewhere.
As a customer, I expect respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this sales lady failed to meet those basic standards. I hope management takes notice of this review.

While in vegas just trying to find something, while we were barely at the entrance of the store with two kids, the owner manager or whoever yelled at us, telling us to either enter the store or leave within five minutes because it kept beeping. Not a way to treat customers. No wonder the store is EMPTY. I hardly write reviews, but this isn't how you should treat customers. It's no wonder we didn't see anyone in the store. Definitely black listing this from a shop to visit.

I came across this store and found some unique and fun finds. Magalie helped me find things that worked for my body and customized my experience there. I even went back the next day to see if I missed anything. Good price points on the items as well. Will come again next time I'm in Vegas!

I give this store a one star rating, if I could, I would have given it a -10.
I saw a dress in the window that I thought was perfect for the Air Force ball. My mother in law, daughter and I decided to go in and check it out. As we walked in, I could feel the women staring at us. We were dressed very casually. So I did not think too much about it. We walked around and looked at some other dresses.
One sales lady asked if we had any questions. I said yes, can this or dress be ordered? The older lady said "No, the owner only bought that dress in a junior size. It wouldn't fit me, it won't fit you, and it won't fit her and she's skinny, pointing at the other sales lady. They're made for, well you know, tiny Asian girls."
The tall blonde want- to-be Donatella Versace lady says as she looks me up and down staring at the front pocket on my sweat shirt. "What size are you?"
I felt completely judged and did not want to tell her I was a 10/12. So I simply said, "I don't know." She grabbed a dress off the rack, (something my mother would wear) lifted it up, stretched the material out to compare it to the size of my body, and says," I think you're about a 14/16." As she did this she fixed her eyes on the pocket across my tummy and said talking down to me, "See, this stretches and will cover your problem area."
First of all, my tummy is pretty flat, not big at all!
I was appalled, humiliated, be littled, horrified, and disgusted. I don't remember the conversation after that, and I left the store in tears.
This store will never be a high class store if it continues to hire low class sales people.
When my 11 year old daughter says to me "Mom, those ladies were mean and they should think before they speak. We learned that in kindergarten." Clearly there's an issue.
They should be ashamed of their behavior!
Truly a poor reflection on the store owner as well as Paris the hotel, for allowing them to continue to treat people this way.

Came in here while traveling with my mother on vacation and came in looking for an elegant dress to go out in. When purchasing the dress the sales agent when checking out said just bring the dress and proof of sales back within 10 days we can return it. She NEVER said that you couldn't return it for your money back BUT CAN ONLY RECIEVE STORE CREDIT!

We never ended going out to a club and I am currently in the store trying to return this dress and I am disgusted. In tiny tiny print it says on the receipt that says no refunds and in the smallest tiniest sign that no one would ever look at says no refunds. It's like the are trying scam you because they know you'll return it due to the cheap make of the clothing.


The sales women are rude and stand over you the whole time and watching you and you can literally feel their presence on you. Patrica was literally hovering over my mother and talks to her giving her this attitude saying "well ma'am when you return it you have $132+sales tax so you'll have to spend $152 and if you go over you'll have to pay for the rest." Everyone understands how to return store credit. I ask to speak to manager and OH YEAH THEY DONT HAVE A MANAGER JUST AN OWNER THAT HAS NO PRESENCE IN THE STORE.

Kathy was very nice but wow Patrica was so nasty! Beware of places like this because they would go out of business without this.

Nice clothes, not seen other places. A little pricey, but not too bad.

From the moment I entered the store the older white woman was not interested in assisting me. I am a size 12/14 and as soon as I began looking at dresses she was telling me they would not fit me. I told her "you have size large and size 12 right here" and she said "but you look bigger". I was appalled she would insult a customer in that manner. I have actually purchased clothing from that store before including dresses and they were nice but I will NEVER spend money there again. She was very rude and when I asked for her name she refused to give it. Horrible customer service, horrible attitudes and their clothes are cheap quality from what they used to be. Don't waste your time or money and if you are over a size 6, don't bother walking in or the old white lady will fat shame you.

My wife and I went in Paris Line on Saturday March, 9, 2019. We noticed a beautiful blue dress in the window that we liked and went in the store. Kathy waited on us and our experience could not have been more pleasant! Kathy knew what size dress my wife should wear and the one in the window fit her perfectly. Kathy spent a long time with my wife helping her arrange the scarf with different lengths and shapes. She gets an 11 out of 10 for customer service and definitely 5 stars for product quality and customer satisfaction. We didn't only purchase a beautiful dress for my wife, we have a wonderful and memorable experience.

I love this shop! The selection is fabulous and the sales staff make you feel like you are right at home. The prices are extremely reasonable for Las Vegas. Can't wait to come back and shop again. Paris Line is one of my favorite shops.
