Parasailing Adventures

If you want to take pictures of your parasailing adventure, look elsewhere. Before getting on the boat, you'll be told that you're not allowed to bring phones cameras or backpacks due to insurance reasons. However, if you would like, you can purchase an additional photo package and they will take pictures for you and then give them to you on a SIM card. I'm sure there's some truth to this, but I did see people from a previous outing bring a GoPro with them, and nobody on the boat seemed to mind. Therefore, the picture restriction seems like a clear upsell opportunity to me, and it was honestly very frustrating.

therefore, I would encourage that you call ahead and ask what their policies are around photography before paying, only to find that if you want photos, you'll have to pay extra.

Beyond that, the crew on the boat was great, and parasailing was fun. It's just too bad that I don't have any photos of me or my family flying through the air.

I went here the other day, the staff was friendly. But the pictures were not good, most of them you couldn't even see me. The only 2 that were visible of me were horrible shots. Instead of emailing me the pics they also gave it on an sd card... what is this? 1990?

Everyone was so friendly and made us feel safe! They offered the additional cost of taking professional pictures while on the boat and it's worth it! Definitely had alot of fun and would use this company again!

We were in lake George and there are couple of places selling parasailing tickets , stopped here to check and they explained in detail, so booked with them over the phone, it was easy and fast.
Day of sailing we reached and found out that sailing was canceled due to the weather conditions, they were ready to issue a refund or reschedule. We went with the rescheduled and able to sail the following day, we had a very nice parasailing experience with this company and will go with them next time when we visitLake George

Go with their picture photo package definitely worth it , very good quality and memory to keep them. The crew was very good too

The experience was amazing! The crew that took us out to the water were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable aboard. The booth person as well was also well nice and answered questions we had beforehand.

They take photos for you and give it to you on an SD card for an extra 30$. If you book online, you can save 10$.

I would definitely do it again and with them. Hot tip: ask to dip your toes in the water.

Pleasant experience. The first day was postponed due to concerns over wind. This meant lost revenue for Parasailing Adventures, but showed me that they placed safely first.

Staff was courteous and nice to deal with all around, even when people were upset about cancellations due to weather.

If you are looking to parasail I recommend this place. I felt safe and it was a fun experience. Mat and Anthony were funny and well experienced. I did the 8AM start to receive the $15 discount and they were ready on time. Everything was organized and smooth.

Went on Friday morning at 8:30AM because you get $15 off if you go before 8:30 and had an amazing experience! This was my first time parasailing and I'm so glad I chose them.

So when it is time to get on the boat to go out in the waters you are grouped with a few others. In my time slot we had a total of 4 groups including mine. Although the next time slot only had one group, so it really depends. Anyways each group was up there for 10 minutes and my boyfriend and I went last so we were just enjoying the view for around 30 minutes. Also the staff is super friendly and funny, so they definitely did a great job in keeping us entertained. When it was finally our turn, I got super excited!! When we finally got up there, the view was AMAZING from up there. I have no complaints except compliments. The staff seemed to know what they were doing and I felt very safe.

Overall it was a great experience. We also got the photo package for $24 which comes with a memory card, and the photographer took 37 pictures for us!! I honestly think it's worth it because they don't allow electronics so the only way you can have these memories physically are these amazing photos! I highly recommend this place!

Tips:
-You may get a little wet because they dip you a little in the water towards the end so be aware of that
-It is cheaper before 8:30 AM, you get $15 off and I believe before 12 PM you get $10 off (quite unsure of the discount before 12, def should give them a call!)
-I would recommend booking online or calling them in advanced especially if it is peak season

Aside from the obvious breathtaking Adirondack views, the staff really went above and beyond to make us have a great time and safely. They made decisions based on the wind that gave us confidence in their knowledge, and they were super funny also. Highly recommend!

This is our favorite part of visiting Lake George. This has become our annual vacation ritual, we have been coming here for 3 years and absolutely love it. The staff is great and very co-operative. This time we almost had to cancel it due to the bad weather but the incredible staff made it happen... in the short window that we got between the rain storms.
Book in advance as they are pretty busy. Try and schedule before noon to avail early bird discount. You won't regret the experience. It's a must when visiting Lake George.
