I had an exceptional experience with the Doctor who exhibited unparalleled compassion and care towards my pet. Not only did he perform the surgery with precision, but his dedication didn't end there. The Vet and staff went above and beyond by following up ensuring my pet's recovery was on track. Their attention and genuine concern essentially saved my pet's life, making him a true lifesaver in every sense. I'm immensely grateful for his expertise and compassionate nature, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking the best care for their furry friends!

Dr Suman was highly recommended by my cousin. After seeing 4 separate Vets and True Care Hospital n Studio City my dog still had diarreah for 70 days in a row with a 14 lbs weight loss! She was put on Steroids and antibiotics indefinitely by one Vet...I didnt have high hopes. Dr Suman looked at the medical reports, pointed to the top line and said lets deal with this Pancreatic Insufficiency. He also said "Thank you for bringing me challenge! I love a good challenge, this is what I live for, thats what i do all day!" Surprisingly, he didnt mention Endoscopy which all the other vets were insisiting on. He took my dog off all the meds and prescribed Digestive enzymes! OVERNIGHT the diarreah stopped. Its now day 31.. pardon the delay.. I was afraid to jinx it. She s slowly gaining her weight back. Thank YOU!

Had to make a last min apt to get my pet in for pretty urgent issue. Left a message before they opened and can you believe this (I was called back within 10 min of them being open) truly that blew my mind! Tammy who does the front end work here is just phenomenal. Personable and kind and was so thoughtful and caring about my dog!

The doctor we saw was a true gem! Forgive me for not getting the spelling on her name! She was all about getting my dog happy and healthy and not just trying to upsell and make money off me! She gave so many options for treatment and my budget! And the whole experience between her and the nurses was just awesome! Anyone can tell when someone truly wants to help, and when someone is in it for the money!

If you are reading this far and heed my advice. This is the vet you are looking for! I have never found a veterinarian who had truly the full package! And this pet hospital truly does! Great office staff who make your appointments and truly exceed expectations every time and a doctor who is honest and cares about her patients!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

Went there for 3rd set of vaccines for my German Shepherd boys.
Stephanie took care of all vaccines while we were in the parking and gave shots to my boys within the car

Been coming here for years. Best front desk staff and awesome new vet, Dr Gupta who is just so sweet and kind. My dog had foxtail in her ear and they saw me right away. New extended hours too.

Watch out for the Dr trying to tack on extra charges.
I was there for a round of vaccines for my 1 yr old dog. He asked if I was also getting "the blood work test to see if my dog is healthy" / like it was part of the process. Found out at check out that it was an extra $200+ charge.
Also tried giving me an unnecessary prescription, teeth cleaning, and neuter apt for this week.
Something totally unnecessary and so expressive shouldn't be offered without a price.
It seems like he does this a lot because when I checked out the receptionist kept apologizing at my shock.
I do t appreciate people taking advantage like that. We won't be back.

Just wanted to come by here to thank each and every person that works here. My cat has been limping real bad with a swollen paw and I called place after place and no one could take him in until I ran into this place. They immediately fit me in the both times I went in and got my cat the best treatment. Both doctors that took care of him found out quickly and effectively what was wrong with him. A week later he's now back on his feet running around! Once again I really appreciate all you've done for us

I was contemplating coming here due to the distance. Since I was extremely unhappy with our previous vet. I took the hour's drive. Needless to say, was one of the best decisions I made in my dog's life. Our initial visit was let me just say first impressions go a long way. Dr. Prabhakar showed great concern immediately about my dog Molly's condition. I have worked closely with doctors throughout my career and I have a good intuition on whether a doctor genuinely cares about their patients and Dr. Prabhakar does. A lot of Doctors just prescribe medication. Without determining the underlying problem. When I leave all my questions and concerns are answered. The staff there are so nice and friendly. Tammy is the best! No matter how busy she is she takes the time to stop and listen to me and answers my questions. Definitely worth the drive. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It is unfortunate when doctors take advantage of pet lovers in their time of need. I was told my dog needed various (unnecessary) treatments for several hundred dollars.

I recently took my beloved dog to Panorama Pet Hospital for an eye injury, and I could not be happier with the exceptional care provided by Dr. Gupta and the entire staff.
Dr. Gupta took the time to throughly examine my dog's eye, explain the process, and patiently answered all my questions. They provided clear instructions on how to administer the meds at home and offered additional tips to promote my dogs recovery. It was evident that they genuinely cared for my dog's well being. I'm thrilled to say my dogs eye has completely healed under their care.
I highly recommend Dr. Gupta to anyone seeking top- notch and compassionate veterinary care. Thank you for taking such great care of my furry best friend!
