I have a love affair with Panera. They do things right here. You would expect average food at a chain like this but it always hits the spot. It is the best place to do work and enjoy some fresh good food. It is spacious and always has great wifi.
As for the food...The roast turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich is delicious. I also had the southern lime chile chicken salad. I really like that "take 2" deal and both items hit the mark. Even the apple was fresh which I loved.
I really enjoy Panera it may be the best "chain" food establishment that I ever been to. Always solid and reliable you could set your watch to this place.Helpful 13Thanks 0Love this 12Oh no 0 - David R.Stamford, CT43112228Nov 7, 2020
Great panera location. I mean its panera so you get what you expect at most locations. They load it up too so whether your getting a salad or a sandwich, they dont skimp on anything really.
Staff here is super friendly and curteous and they all wear masks too, which is important during covid.
Big big fan of the new curbside option as well to have a more contactless experience. Knocking one star off for panera corporate and let me explain why. Other than that, this location and staff deserve 5 stars everyday all day.
So everytime you place a mobile order at this location, it always says they are out of romain lettuce. Everytime we call and they confirm "yeah we have lettuce no idea why it says that". Eventually onetime I just told them "maybe contact someone have them look into this because it says it literally everytime we order".
But you can still order even if it says that.
Will definitely be back for my sandwich and kitchen sink cookie which is to die for be reincarnated and then die for again. Salty sweet deliciousnessHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Taxpayer T.Katonah, NY41207Jul 28, 2019Updated review
I noticed more then 2 dozen people complained about this place, so its not just me writing about the issues.
I guess other people feel differently but it is what it is in my opinion and experience.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Feb 27, 2019Previous reviewI went there early this morning for breakfast and i ordered a coffee and Bacon and egg on a small bun. They charged me 9.79 and the coffee was absolutely tasteless, like drinking hot water, and the egg sandwich was beat too! The place is way over priced and i have no idea what there using for coffee but it had to be one of the worst coffee's ive tried all year.
They won't be in business very long.
They use to have a good Colombian coffee but like dunkin donuts and Starbucks, they are all buying cheap grade coffee beans cause they feel they can make more money, and that most people won't know the difference or really care but are they so wrong....doesnt matter cause ill never go back there. ..end of story!
Going back to froggies deli on route 100 where they have decent coffee and great bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. - Noelle S.Fort Mill, SC7519196Apr 28, 2021Updated review
Ordered last night though DoorDash. Our order arrived on time and William, our dasher, was very polite so this isn't on him at all. This review is for the state of the order itself: I got the Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich for my son with special instructions for no red onion or frizzled onion. The sandwich barely had any chicken on it, there were frizzled onions on it when they shouldn't have been, and the cheese was hard and super tough on both sandwiches. He took a bite out of each and could not finish it at all. With both dinners I ordered I selected the French Baguette as the side and they were not included in the order although the receipt in the outside of the bag indicated they were checked off. As much of a convenience it is to have meals delivered (especially since I was out of gas and couldn't pick up) I will definitely not be DoorDashing my order from Panera again. I was super disappointed in the quality that was applied to this meal. I was also pretty upset that I ended up having to make a separate meal for my son when I had ordered him his favorite thing

I usually have modifications and they are followed. We go here often for lunch and have used the pick-up option often. We've never had any issues with that, either.

I usually don't bother with reviewing chains unless the experience is absolutely dismal but I thought I needed to balance some of the bad reviews. Came on a Fri. Around 9am. The guy working the register was very friendly and attentive. Bagel was perfectly toasted and coffee is nice and fresh. I found the place clean and coffee station was checked 2 times while I was there.

I just tried the new 10 vegetable soup from Panera - very, very disappointing. I thought this would be a thick, hearty soup with lots of vegetables, ideal for a winter dinner but it was thin, mostly broth and almost tasteless. It's a shame Panera charges $5.99 for this item.

Normally I wouldn't give a chain like Panera 5 stars, but based on the customer service I experienced at this specific location, I can't help but leave a review and share my wonderful experience.
Because of the current diet I'm on, I can't eat dairy, wheat, added sugar, alcohol, and legumes, and as you may expect, this limits my food choices significantly. Luckily, the assistant manager at Panera was so understanding about my situation, and read through the ingredients in all of the dishes I was interested in ordering until I found something I could eat. I hated taking up his time, but he kept insisting that it was no problem at all.
I ended up ordering the Modern Greek salad without the quinoa or feta with added lobster, and it was delicious. I highly recommend a place like Panera for someone with allergies because the staff is extremely understanding and will walk you through every ingredient in every dish until you find one that fits your dietary restrictions.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - 10806301059Feb 19, 2013
In case you haven't read my other review on Panera, this is my favorite spot for a caramel latte... They should get a 5 just for that. I love their breakfast food (and I normally hate breakfast).... Blueberry scones are awesome!
The lunch and dinner meals fall flat for me. They taste processed and fake. Oh wait, that's because they are!
Staff in this location are friendly.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - C H.Mahopac, NY1166Jul 18, 2018
I gave this location 2 stars because it's Panera and the food is decent but the woman Maria who works behind the counter is one of the rudest, most miserable women I have ever met in my life! She has an awful attitude from the moment you walk up to the counter. She taps her fingers at you while you try to take your money out of your wallet, as if she has somewhere better to be. This is a customer service business, an attitude like that is unacceptable. I seldom go to this location due to her rudeness. I actually rarely go to Panera at all because they employ people that treat paying customers like actual trash.
