Panera Bread

We tried their new sandwiches. The bread is great, as usual. The Italian was good, but not what you would normally see. The whole sandwich is toasted/hot leaving the lettuce wilted. It doesn't have the traditional cold veggies you would normally have on an Italian, but it was still good. Just very different. The steak and cheese was tasty. The peppers that are on it really gave it a good taste. They're not spicy. Flavorful. We ordered on the app and went in to pick it up. They have curb side pickup, too. Clean and organized place.

After buying the Marguerita Pizza a second time, just to be sure, it's mostly disappointing.
The crust is too soft.
The tomato sauce is runny, easily dripping way too much.
The large tomato slices make it difficult if not impossible to take a bite without dragging off the entire slice.
Not worth repeating, especially for the price.
Enjoy some other items at Panera, but not this.

Always out of coffee in the AM
They never clean the bathroom apparently
The poor staff just doesn't seem to care

The Coffees here are good, have not tried any food here. But it's pretty close to work.

So if I have some time I like to get Coffee here. Very clean and neat here. The service is kinda slow sometimes. But if had two registers open that may Help with that.
Some customers that may not have a lot of time, would Probably love that.

I called to order some sandwiches for pick up at approximately 5:00 PM on 8/13/2023 I think her name was Loralee. First she said was I'd have to pay for this order before I even told her what I wanted. I told her what I wanted but when I arrived I'd probably add some pastries or cookies so would it be possible to do this on one transaction when I arrived. She put me on hold for
4:30 before I hung up. I drove there and went to order the (2) sandwiches and the clerk told me that they ran out of mozzarella cheese for this grilled sandwich I wanted . You don't have to hit me in the head with an hammer. This was not to be. I will never visit them again!

I went to pick up food as a door dasher and when I arrive they tell me to pick up from the rapid pick up shelf and then when I go inside this girl who was training people so obviously she's a manager or has been there for awhile tells me I have to ask about DoorDash orders then why do you have the tablet saying your orders ready and a shelf for this exact reason. When i mentioned I was waiting even tho it says my order ready and I can see my order sitting right behind her and she said I don't have that order and I said it's sitting right behind you she goes it just got done and slammed my drink which spilt it and my food which btw I'm picking this up as my job. I would love to call the store and tell them can't wait to be off the work . We are all working and struggling so maybe be nice to everyone.

These sandwiches were awful!
Toasted Steak & White Cheddar .
There was very little meat in them.
All bread/roll. Waste of $28.

There has been so many times my order on DoorDash is wrong. It's either missing ingredients that I wanted it or they put the wrong gradients on it today I asked for a BLT roasted turkey avocado sandwich with no mayo, extra cucumber, red onion, and extra avocado instead, they put just lettuce tomato turkey Mayo and bacon in normal amount of avocado there is no cucumber on there whatsoever and no red onions on top of that. I added for extra croutons for my French onion soup and they couldn't even do that. I have tried talking to customer care every single time they get my order wrong, but it seems like they don't do anything nor do they care, but some days my order is right and perfect but majority of the time something is always wrong in the order they even checked off that everything was correct on the receipt which clearly it was not. They need to do a better job of making sure orders are correct because some people can't have certain things, even when they specify it.

I love the food here, but the service is terrible. I was talking to a worker named Lorelai and she was so rude to me when I was trying to cancel my delivery order. I could not understand her and she was overall very rude.

Very disapoint for the salad I bought for to go today, they forgot to put the dressing. And I have called them about this, and the attendence say sorry. 'Be carefull for next time' i said.
