Panera Bread

The Panera Bread Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich is a delightful combination of flavors and textures. Here I show up at 7 AM on Tuesday morning right after a night shift of work. Figure I'll pick up a dozen or two dozen of bagels. Bring them home to my family and there's almost no selection in there, the half dark and the lady told me they've eliminated chocolate chip bagels. WTF?! I really want to know who's making these corporate decisions was only a couple years ago and not only do they have chocolate chip bagels, but they had French toast bagels and several other really good flavors, which are gone same thing with the bread they used to have the asiago focaccia bread, and several others, and I'm looking at their morning offerings and the pastries have been reduced the number of selections. What is going on with Panera and they might be falling apart to be honest with you. And yet just like Portillo's, the quality of anything they give you is still high, but the prices are higher, and the portions are much smaller. They are going to put themselves out of business one day... This old St. Louis bread company. For sure, not even trying to identify with the customer.

Good food, quickish service, but the amount of money you spend just to get enough food to feed a small rodent is insane. Can't justify coming back.

You can depend on this Panera to consistently get your order wrong. At this point, it's not worth calling to speak with the manager. It's my fault for thinking I would get my order the way it's supposed to be made.

I ordered a warm Baja chicken bowl, no customization. As such, Panera intending for it to be warm. Well, I guess the staff thought it would be better cold and give it to me cold. This place sucks.

I'm really a bit disappointed with this location. I had the French onion soup, and it wasn't even warm. It was a bit congealed with a couple stale croutons and a slight sprinkling of cheese. I am not sure if this is how Paneras is for french onion, but not worth it. The prices were always a bit high, but this makes me less likely to bother. The chicken bbq sandwich was good along with the Mexican corn chowder. I just feel like I was better off not eating.

Other than than the manager trying to walk straight through my wife it was ok. Guess whatever he was going to work on was more important than manners or the customer.

Today I went to the Panera and the service was great as always but I got the green goddess Cobb salad and when I tell you that's my favorite salad it is and today it's not anymore the lettuce was rotten and had a very dirt like slimy tastes I will never get that salad again it's ruined!!!!!

Ordered a full size strawberry poppyseed chicken salad-no mandarin oranges, as they were out of them-came with two very small plastic containers of dressing-one was not even a quarter full while the other had a drop more. Literally looked empty but were unopened no leakage. So not even a full very small container of dressing for a full sized salad. I called the restaurant to let them know. Manager said they are to be filled half full-I asked why wouldn't they just fill one entire container instead of creating so much plastic waste? She said she was only following company policy. Problem is I order this salad and that's not how they have come in the past. For the price of this salad I expect the dressing to cover my salad otherwise it's bland. I will not be going back to this location again as the manager couldn't care less that I had an issue with my order. Poor customer service straight from the manager=no business from me. I'll be going to another location. And for the record, I regularly order salad for my meals and everywhere I go they are not stingy with their dressing. Lesson learned! Hard pass for me from now on!

Not too happy with our Panera experience today! My tuna sandwich which I've been getting since the beginning of time was all lettuce on focaccia bread with maybe a teaspoon of tuna smeared on the bread! But hey great job making the sandwich look bigger with all the condiments! Not! I wanted to call and complain but hubby said just forget it we won't be going back to that location anyway. Still this is not right! I should have taken a pic of it- I wasn't thinking.

Stopped at this Panera on Thursday.
I always felt they are overpriced and now even more so.
Bought a loaf of long stick bread. They take it over to slice, pull a piece from the bread throw it out, then slice it. Thrown in bag. Bread had s many huge holes in it. Bought a bagel also which if I did not remind the cashier to put in bag I would have left without it.
