Panera Bread

Normally when we come here, we have no issues. We came in for lunch today, December 4 and the floors when you walk in we're covered in slush, and water, where my wife slipped a little. The garbage cans were overflowing, the place for the dirty dishes were overflowing with dirty dishes at both locations, the coffee bar was filthy, lemonade was almost empty, lids were almost out, no large cups were. Ordered a broccoli Mac and cheese bread bowl and got broccoli cheese soup instead. The waitress said that they rang up the wrong order and we used the kiosk to order it. Then they said they never made the broccoli and that it would be another minute to make, even though they gave us a broccoli bread bowl soup without saying anything.

This was by far the worst experience I've had coming here

The white cheddar Mac & cheese was over cooked and gummy in texture, and the bread roll was just a tad under. Disappointing experience. Cashier was nice. Green tea drink as expected. Thought they had a "peach braid," but the sign was covered in crumbs and actually said "pecan braid." Door sticks so it's hard to enter and the operating hours listing on the door doesn't read out well for comprehension.

Probably the most dependable and comfy Panera Bread I've ever been to. My local Panera is a mess by comparison. Baked goods are always fully stocked and salad lettuce is always fresh. I would say that I would not get soup at any Panera Bread because it is too thick and tastes canned not fresh. Warm grain bowls are also great and I hope the franchise adds more soon. Also try the prickly pear fresca and green passion smoothie. You won't regret it!

This was the worst service and worst food. Ordered pick twos with French onion soup to eat in and after waiting 40 minutes we were given a take out bag with our food thrown in. My husband ordered a bread bowl and was not given a plate so had to eat off a napkin. No baguettes were in the bag and no fork for my salad. The soup had no cheese or croutons & when I went up to discuss I was told the cheese must have melted and they were out of croutons. Mozzarella cheese does not melt into liquid so it was just missed. No apologies- or anything. To top it off the people in the kitchen had Dominoes delivered while we were waiting for our food! That speaks volumes!!

Out of everything, no communication while we waited. Seems to be managed poorly. Long waits for a bagel and out of coffee at a coffee place seems silly.

This is not addressed to the franchise rather than to this specific location.
This is the only place in town with decent fresh-ish food but Customer service isn't the best. Cooks are careless and sandwiches are sloppy.
I did a drive thru order today and everything about my order was wrong .
My sandwich had no chicken and too much lettuce. Perhaps they were running out of chicken salad but they could've said something. I would have picked something else.
They slapped some mayo and a ton of lettuce and tomato on my sandwich but not a trace of chicken salad.
I also ordered a medium unsweetened tea and I got a large sweeter lemonade tea.
When I paid she yanked my card out of my hand. No thank you. Maybe the person behind me was an ass and they mixed me up with them? ‍
No receipt either.

I've gotten other things in the past with similar issues and just generally let it go as it's never worth the headache.
Support a local place instead.
This place isn't worth the time.
I have a $50 gift card but I'm just going to give it away.

Went through the drive-through was very disappointing it was slow. Once I got my food the lady laughed at my bag and handed it to me to find a half eaten piece of bread in my bag.. I will never be coming back to this Panera bread establishment. I am very mad.

Placed an online order at 7:18pm, promised at 7:38pm. By 7:53pm, 15 minutes after promised, I inquired about my order. I was told there were still 5 orders ahead of me. I asked for a refund and was told they would cancel and it would show up on my card. Let's hope that happens. Will definitely not be coming back anytime soon.

this place is absolutely sickening, every worker ive talked to is SO rude! but not mt, courtney thinks she's all that and she has bow legged legs and she walks funny, every dish has been dirty and i feel sick theyre sloppy and messy and they have an ant and cockroach infestation in the bakery and sometimes there's bugs on the bread and they still give them to customers, and they have really strange people in the restrooms, i walked in and there was a man pleasing himself and i told the workers and they did abt nothin.
