are used to like Panera. But now they have raise their prices and reduced the chicken and toppings in the salads. I ordered the Fuji apple salad with chicken and it only had a single 1 inch piece of chicken a couple of blue cheese crumbles and I couldn't find any dried Fuji slices. $12.59 is too much to pay for just lettuce

I have been going to this Panera location due to convenience since it opened and the overall quality of service and food has gradually gone downhill. The last couple of months have been dreadful, ranging from missing items from orders and orders made incorrectly to being blatantly ignored at the counter. Unfortunately, tonight was no exception. I placed a curbside order and discovered I was missing an item. I have to give credit and appreciation to Claire (perhaps Blair, not quite sure over the phone) for promptly apologizing and offering a refund and a complimentary item for my troubles. With all of the bad experiences I have had recently at this location I truly appreciate her quick response and attention to their mistake.

Restaurant has dirty tables, bathroom is even worse

If I would be able to leave zero stars I would. My mother and I both order lunch from this location today. I had a pepperoni flatbread (cold, covered in sauce, cheese not melted barely edible) while my mother had French onion soup (bone cold). My mom proceeded to ask for the food to either be heated or to receive a new dish. The manager told my mother she would not be able to issue a refund and that my mother would have to go into the dining room and heat the soup up in the microwave. When I called, the manager proceeded to tell me I was wrong to expect for food to be heated prior to being served and lack professionalism in every way possible. We did not want a refund, but simply edible food. If you want good food, skip this particular location (or Panera in general.)

Casia was so nice and friendly and she makes the best Lattes and smoothies. This place is awesome. When I went back later to get a sandwich this woman Angelica was so helpful. She recommended the Turkey BLT with avocado. It was absolutely delicious. The manager Chris was so nice and a gentleman. I'll be coming back for sure and telling others to come.

We did a rapid pick up since we were traveling through but ended up eating it in the store. Food was good (after we figured out I ordered it at the wrong one - oops).

Good food but this location is so unreliable. Seems like every time I go here they can't accept orders. I'm always told it's due to a "power outage", but with how many times I've been given this reasoning and seeing as how the stores directly next to it never have any issues I'm not sure how true that is.

They Took advantage of my elderly father by selling him repeatedly the bagels that they could not sell other people. Three times I went in and talk to the manager about this. He comes in every Friday to buy a dozen bagels for the office. They have been giving him asiago cheese and raisin bagels. Sometimes 10 of them. This is shameful and is bordering on elder abuse. Today they did it again for the fourth time. When I asked to speak to the manager she started laughing at me and she thought it was amusing.
They should be ashamed of themselves.

The restaurant was very dirty. Tables and coffee area were not wiped down. No one came out to check tables during the time I ordered and finished my meal. Coffee was not even luke warm and I was told I could use the microwave. It was not crowded. I was surprised at the condition.

Have come to this location bc it's close the my work. More then once this location is out of product. I ordered an oatmeal and of course there's no fruit for it the person making my order asked the manager who was sitting in the lobby on her phone while having breakfast with another crew.. her response to him was I don't know I guess we're out or it's in the big cooler. No sense of giving a crap about her job or customer satisfaction but she is in a management position? Todd who prepared my order looked frustrated but was very nice and tried to do his best to make my order. The two stars go to him. This is not the first time this specific manager acted like she generally doesn't care. Get a different job if you really don't give a crap
