Here's the thing about this particular Panera Bread location, it's the only one that's anywhere near by, so you get what you get. With that being said, there's literally something wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location. It could be something as simple as not getting my bread with my soup, which the word bread is in their name, so come on people! Or, it could be as big as the employees taking my food off of the panini press so that they can make their own lunch (yes, this has seriously happened).
Depending on who is working will be the deciding factor in your dinning pleasure, so please, choose wisely.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Alida B.Philadelphia, PA546328Nov 16, 2023
They move so slow here and the store has a bad odor. The food peppers talk to damn much. Get the food out.

I just love me some bread! Period! So of course I would be a fan of Panera bread.
I've been going to Panera bread for years and I've always enjoyed their delicious soups and sandwiches. Yum!
On a particular Sunday I decided to try their five cheese flatbread. The flatbread was soo delicious! It was ooey gooey decadent. Their was nothing bland about this pizza. All the different cheeses went together so perfectly. I was so happy lol.
I also got two cinnamon crunch bagels for the road. Overall I had a great Sunday dinner without hurting my pockets. I paid about 12.00 for my order. Definitely look forward to returning and would recommend anyone to try thier flatbread pizzas!Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - RF R.Haverford, PA0102Dec 15, 2022
Terrible experience and food was disgusting and inadequate. I Called store and they were rude and very unhelpful and unprofessional. I further learned Panera sold this store as a franchise. Understand now the how this store went down.... Save yourself some money and grief, go somewhere else. Been to this store numerous times in the past and now understand why the quality, quantity and service is at an all time low.

Waited for about 20 minutes for our already ready pick up order because it seems like an employee was just lazy and couldn't put it on the shelf. No one is working the register and the employees saw us waiting and we got no recognition

So I ended up here more this year than ever before because I got unlimited coffee subscription. My boyfriend and I drink coffee often. And it seems like a good deal. Too good to be true. The coffee was bad. Hot or iced. So bad we don't even bother to go anymore even when we can get free unlimited coffee . Just not worth the trouble. At this point, McDonald's or Burger King is probably better . And the service wasn't amazing either.

Placed in person order for take out. Requested 1 Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich, and a bowl on tomato soup. I received a tuna sandwich. Wife ordered 'pick two'... 1/2 Napa Almond chicken salad sandwich and soup. She also received Tuna! How do you foul up an entire order. This place is not inexpensive.

I would like to begin by saying that I love Panera Bread! I have always been a fan! I had a very disappointing incident recently that left a bitter taste in my mouth though. No pun intended. I ordered sandwiches for a friend and I online. It said there was no bread left the chicken salad usually comes on or her sandwich either. We had to make another choice. I was having difficulty finding the choices so I called the store and ended up speaking to the manager, Gunner. I asked if I could just place the order through him and was told no. Ok fine. He helped me figure out how to substitute the bread and also told me he would get the sandwiches started for us. Great! I picked the order up at the designated time and left. When I opened my "chicken salad" sandwich there was no chicken salad on it, only lettuce and tomato! I was hungry and annoyed. I called the store and spoke to Gunner once again. He told me to look at my receipt and see if it said "no chicken". It did. He said, " Yeah, it does that sometimes, it's a glitch in the system." I wanted a new sandwich. He offered to refund the money or I can get another sandwich next time I came in. He didn't seem to get the idea that I was hungry at that time. It was well past the time for dinner. He said they had no way of getting a delivery to me. Well, I know they use door dash so it seems to me that Panera should have paid the bill to door dash to deliver the sandwich. He said it wasn't possible. Gunner became very nasty and loud. I even had to ask him to calm down and explain that nothing gets solved by behaving the way he was behaving. I was getting frustrated. At this point my husband came in and took over the conversation. Somehow Gunner became a little bit nicer. Odd, right?! He made a new sandwich. My husband went over to pick it up. He asked to speak to him and told him that the way he spoke to me and how he dealt with the situation was not ok. He told him to tell me to come in for a free sandwich my next time. I'm sorry but a free sandwich does not take away the sarcastic and nasty tone he took with me when there was a "glitch" on their system that he then tried to later blame on me. If Gunner is a manager he needs some managing skills. I took awhile in writing this because I really had to think about whether I should but there are too many people (younger generation) out there who really don't want to work and feel they can treat people any way they want.

I had a very positive experience here when I ordered online for lunch for 3 people.
I chose the rapid pickup. A nice girl greeted me at the door and told me exactly where to get my order. Everything was in the bag with my name on it and ready to go including silverware and napkins. So easy!
Everything was as ordered and was fresh and delicious. No complaints from any of us.
This is a nice location. A little smaller than the ones I'm used to but nice all the same. Outdoor seating is available.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jul 6, 2018
I live within 3 miles of this location however I was not in delivery range. This was the main reason I wanted to order from Panera Bread. So I opted to order online and pick up my dinner. I ordered the Green Goddess Cobb Salad with chicken, this is a very good salad. It was more than enough for two of us to share, we could have used more salad dressing but we made due. Additionally I had the Turkey & Avocado BLT which I always enjoy. This store is consistent with all other Panera Bread stores.
Regarding my order I would not be able to rate the online ordering process. On the website your order should be ready within 8 minutes of finalizing your order. I made a stop along the way so I arrived about 20 minutes after making my order. The one concern I have is, they place your order(s) on a shelf near the entrance and it's not monitored. When you arrive you look for the pick up area which is out in the open and any one could grab your food and go. I tried to signal to the cashier I was taking my food but I was not acknowledged. Overall I enjoyed my food however those with medical conditions should beware most products at Panera Bread have a very high sodium content.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0
