Panera Bread

This is a good location for Panera. We have a few tables outside overall restaurant at selfish cleaner than most, which is nice cause I've gone into a few other filthy services friendly and usually very fast parking is very easy in front.

30 minute wait time and stale bread. Ordered ahead and was given a 10 minute wait time and they text me 20 minutes after arriving that the order is ready and nothing is ready. 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup the food was ready. And there's barely any customers in the store worst service.

Great service! I came in for my birthday and Mimi at the front helped me (and others) with kindness!

Greek children salad came without chicken. Coffee was disgusting, took one sip and had to throw it away.

Jasmine is the absolute best. She should get a raise! Never have I ever received such amazing customer service. JASMINE IS THE BEST WORKER IN ALL OF PANERA!

Miguel stepped in to help up front this morning when a line began to form because the cashier was tied up with a woman placing a large bagel order. He was friendly and relieved my anxiety that the wait would make me late for work. He made suggestions for our order and was so very pleasant. We often come to this location when we travel to this area and today ensured this is our favorite Panera!

The place looks dirty. The tables were not clean. The bathroom was the cherry on the cake, it was super mega extra dirty. It's a shame this franchise is like this.

Another Saturday during Covid 19 lockdown running errands. Was hungry so I followed the Panera bread signs to this location right off Biscayne Boulevard heading North. Once I parked out front I gathered I had to either call in an order or put the app on the phone. So I try calling and I am put on hold for an eternity. At the same time while being on hold I add the app to my phone. Setup my account including payment and place an order. So next I hang up the phone as hell would freeze over before anyone was going to pickup.

Next I wait until order is done I get out of the car get my order and go. Once home I attempt to eat the breakfast I ordered. Note app had limited selection of items. I had a cappuccino that was not great. Didn't detect a robust expresso used more like a cappuccino drink. The breakfast wrap was ordinary at best. This place has really fallen from the pedestal I put them on. In fact my disappointment was so great I even cancelled my corporate account with them as this is seriously overpriced food and drink which does not match the experience.

On future Saturday errand runs my car will keep going past and won't stop here again.

A good bowl of soup always makes me happy.

It was Friday, I felt lazy, and I had a gift card, so I figured why not? Not to mention that I wanted to check out a favorite ice cream shop relatively nearby after.

Anyway, I've been in this area before, usually to go to The Fresh Market. I was surprised I had never noticed the Panera Bread there as well.

This Panera Bread is fancy. They brought my food to the table. The buzzer didn't even go off. The ambiance itself reminds me a lot of the one near my cousin's place down in Homestead.

It's ridiculously spacious, quiet even, and so much parking and so many kiosks. It's all definitely a win. Also, my order was tasty.

I had broccoli cheddar soup with a side of bread. It was warm, soothing, and it hit the spot. I'll definitely have to remember where this is, especially if I grocery shop. It's convenient.

We ordered online for pickup. Our order was ready in about 5 minutes. My salad was exactly as I ordered it and it was absolutely fresh and delicious!
