This place is located at a prime spot. We fed our family of 4 for under $30 and that's a steal in today's market. My young kids tried orange chicken for the first time. They loved it! Food is standard for me as I prefer traditional Chinese food. I thought the staff is very professional. It was like a factory in the back with each worker doing specific tasks.
I am from the Bay Area. We can't get a decent meal for under $20. I love how you can get 1/2 rice and 1/2 veggies. It makes you feel like you're eating healthier when you know you're still eating very carby Americanized Chinese. The food here is consistent. How do I know this? We went there twice in 2 days!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 31, 2022
It is still a great place to dine, however with all the new hiring and the availability of trained employees this Panda gets backed up a lot. Panda Express needs to adjust their amounts to have up on the line. I was in and ordered Walnut Shrimp, however so did 11 other people which turned the wait into 35 minutes to get food. It was the worst experience I have had at Panda Express

The team at this Panda was working so hard to meet the demand. They were clearly short help but they were pleasant and going as fast as they could! Food is Panda which is constantly the same where ever you go!

We love panda! We hate this location. It's not well managed. The food is still good. But as other reviewers have said their online ordering is glitchy. I've gotten emails saying order done and I have to wait 10-15 minutes in store before it's ready. They also shut it down when the restaurant is still open. Interestingly enough, online orders can help you analyze the demand that the restaurant is gonna have that night, which leads to my next point.
One troubling issue that is recurring that I experienced last night, they stop cooking food about an hour before close and usually they tell me they are out for the night which is frustrating. But last night they were out of everything and there was a continuous line of 5-8 people so they had to keep ordering portions to be cooked. I guess the food was at least hot. Anyways management needs to change their style it isn't working, it's just frustrating every customer that shows up at the end of the night.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lilianna J.Bakersfield, CA072Aug 13, 2023
Walked in lady was very nice. We were the only customers and the chow mein came out very fast, now that was the last good thing. The food is gas but would not recommend the cream cheese rangoons because to be honest they had no filling. AT ALL!! but overall it was good food.

Not busy when I arrived at 6 but soon got backed up with people waiting for a portion of their order. I ordered a plate with super greens instead of rice or chow-mien. Had to wait as they were out. The greens were mostly broccoli that was so undercooked I had to bring it home and cook it. Pieces were to large to cook quickly with the other minimal greens. My 2 chicken entrees were just fine.

Nothing special. Another fast food place with young folks who appear to not have any "job pride" attending clients.

We have ordered many times in the past & always received great food. One complaint; I have received many offers from your company such as crispyBOGO for a bowl... every single time I try to use it, it does not work. FRUSTRATING, feels like a Scam.

What do you get when you mix incompetence with disorganization? You get Panda Express in Arroyo Grande Ca.
These people do not take phone orders (or answer phones) but instead force you to use their online system, which obviously doesn't work! After ordering online and paying upfront, I received a text message that my order was ready for pick-up. Upon arrival, nobody had any idea that I had placed an online order, despite having a online confirmation with their location listed. After 5-10 minutes of watching the uncoordinated staff bumble around, they told me they do not have an order for me. I have already paid, I have my online confirmation, I have my text message, but Panda Express Arroyo Grande has no idea how to run their day to day business. For future reference, those wishing to engage in retail business for profit, should have some basic understanding of what they are doing...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Guaranjer M.Fremont, CA0193Apr 20, 2021
This is how the beef and broccoli looked like once I moved all the beef to one corner, without taking a single bite out of the plate yet. The entire amount of beef they gave.
One bite of beef for an entree? Don't think this is going to make me want to come back againHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
