Panda Express

Very delicious! Made low mein noodles were made fresh and so was the orange chicken!
They have a new mushroom chicken that is AMAZING!! They were clean and helpful!

I literally just got home with my food to find they didn't include the terriyaki chicken in one of my 2 meals. Here's the kicker. That's not even the dish we had to wait to be made. Are you serious? Where was the breakdown that one of my items was just completely missed altogether? Unbelievable.

I purchased a plate tonight and am was so disappointed when I was home and opened my plate. I ordered broccoli and beef. Literally the whole thing was shoved with broccoli with THREE pieces of beef...Three. If I wanted just a side of broccoli I would have ordered that. If you were out, why not just say so? I could have picked something else.

Food safety is questionable when they stack up the teriyaki chicken into a pile and the top portions, which we got of course, were cold We didn't even eat it because it was just too cold - everything else was fine, but that's a concerning practice for sure

I don't understand the customer service at panda. I received a coupon for a free entree because the last time I went to panda, their rice was totally undercooked, imagine having a mouth full of pebbles.

The coupon was for a free entree, so I tried to exchange it and asked them to put the entree in a bowl. I don't mind paying for the rice, and she wouldn't do it. So I asked for chicken teriyaki, and I'll get a side of rice, and she said they don't have it. Just depressing. So I left. Thank you for the experience as it's now on the bottom of my list to go for a great meal.

Wow, the disrespect I just had was beyond me. I had went online and ordered food for my big family right? and when I got there no hello or good afternoon nothing. Anyways,I get my food and I head back home to everything being wrong. So I called and they had said I can head back over and they will re-make it for me. This middle age woman starts to yell at me for coming back and asking for the right order and she THROWS all the food at me, and continues to use the same containers for my original order ( the correct order) and I asked again for her to use different containers and the whole time she is having to remake my order she's just running her mouth off to her coworkers the whole time. This is not how you treat people and you will be hearing from my lawyers about this one.

Made the mistake of stopping here for lunch. Servers were surly, food was disappointing. If you enjoy airline or hospital's bland food place this is for you. If you like tasty Asian, don't bother with Panda.

The restaurant is dirty! The glass has fingerprints everywhere and there was about 6 tables that were not occupied but all of them dirty. We ate outside because we expect that to be a bit dirty. It was not that busy and there seemed to be plenty of employees.

I had ordered online but when I went to pickup they said my ordered failed even though it had come through on my bank. The said I had to either go home and order it on the computer again then go back or they will give me nothing. No reimbursement at all but I guess it is okay because the manager said he was sorry.

My wife likes eating here and I tell her that's nasty... With that being said, this panda express hits differently. Not sure if I went there at the exact time all the food was cooked or they were really on there game that day but it hit different. Not saying i'm a panda express guy but may try this location again.

Clean, staff friendly and that family deal kept my family of 4 cost to a minimum.
