Food is great! prices are affordable, staff is always friendly and it's a breeze to order online and pickup. They are close to my work and I can easily get a nice lunch from here. Highly recommend!

Food was tasteless, portions small for the price. The restaurant can use a good and thorough cleaning. Not a good experience.

I called in and my food was ready in 15 minutes. It's cheap and honestly really good. I asked for small and I swear it looks more like a large. Really please! Going to start suggesting this place.

We just love this place! The people are fantastic and hard working! It's amazing how some people will bash a small business! I love the fries! Best in town! The food is very American Chinese! ! They know my name and I always order online!

Not bad for regular Chinese food, but always out of everything on the menu. They should redo the whole menu and start over! Frustrating to ask every time for something and they don't have it!

This is a good place if you're in a pinch for takeout Chinese food. They currently do not have any seating options to dine-in. The food and prices are good. Overall, I'd recommend this restaurant.

I wish I could say I enjoyed my food both times we had it, but that's not how it was.

For the Hampton Roads area, it's probably the best American-Chinese you'll find. Been going here since 2011 when we moved here from the west coast -you won't find Chinese food here that compares -unless you go further north...maybe. Also depends on the region you're looking for, as "Chinese" food, as most people in the area are familiar with is really an adaptation of Chinese food made to appease the local palates with accessible ingredients; kinda like all other foods from other countries. Dishes authentic to Chinese cuisine is based on region and can differ greatly in ingredients and styles of cooking.

Their service is by far the most hospitable in the area -not just in comparison to other Chinese restaurants but to all other restaurants -fast food and sit down. They remember their customers, are always friendly, and do their best to accommodate special requests without grievance and a salty attitude.

The ingredients they use are fresh and the food is always made to order. Though they cater to the local pallate, simply requesting "Chinese" vegetables -for an up-charge, or less sauce, is easily accommodated.

Despite stereotypical misconceptions of Chinese restaurants -or just people's sheer ignorance/racism- the establishment is always clean and well maintained.

This hits the spot for classic Chinese American takeout!
I love it. Reliable, flavorful, and large portions. Can't wait to try everything on the menu, but I'm a sucker for shrimp with lobster sauce.

It is really sad that Lake Monticello does not have a serviceable Chinese restaurant. This is the first place we have ever lived where the Chinese food options were just horrendous.
