Just don't. In the past they did great work but there are new owners. The alteration was done on time (hence the 2 stars) but the work was amateur and when I voiced my concern to the man at the desk (maybe the owner?) he was not that interested. I won't go there again.

They didn't clean anything! I was charged $6 for them to iron my pants, they can go to hell! I should've checked Yelp before utilizing these assholes, I hope that this place goes out of business.

Absolutely terrible service. I feel dumb that I didn't recognize the signs that the staff aren't clean and don't pay attention to details. There is a strong odor in the store. The calendar on the wall is 12 years old.

I dropped a shirt off more than two weeks ago. The first time I came back there were two new stains on my shirt. These were neck rings but brand new stains. The shirt was also covered in lint. They said they would clean it again. I'm convinced nothing was done. The shirt was still covered in lint and had the stains intact. This place is abysmal. I've already filed a BBB complaint.

On separate occasions, I've taken 3 pageant gowns here for alterations as well as a handful of my boyfriend's blazers for cleaning. The first 2 gowns were ready quickly and fit perfectly.

The most recent gown however was a nightmare! It took THREE fittings to get it right and on my final visit I was told that "if it doesn't fit how you like next time, I charge more" followed by "if I made it too tight, I don't care". I stood my ground respectfully and it was taken care of immediately at no additional charge, but the added stress during an already nerve-racking time was unwarranted.

I'm a very loyal customer but will not be returning to Pacifici because of the disrespect I had to deal with during my most recent visit. Customer service is not a priority for them and that is a major problem for me.

For reference I wear a size 4 which was the size of my gown, but I don't have enough curves to fill it so although the silhouette was mermaid, it was swallowing me whole.

On my FIRST visit I was told that if he made the waist much tighter my stomach would stick out. Well, he was wrong because the SECOND time I came in (to pick the gown up) about a week later, I was 4 pounds lighter and then the stomach area was baggy and ill-fitted.

The THIRD time, I realized that while the waist fit the hips and thighs were still too big. He told me that he didn't "understand why you need the bottom tight". Any professional or skilled seamstress should have a basic understanding of gown silhouettes. This gown is SUPPOSED TO be tight at the bottom because it's a mermaid silhouette.

His lack of knowledge/understanding/care for how the gown was supposed to fit on top of the language barrier made me feel like I was talking to a brick wall & I didn't feel like he was trying to make sure I was satisfied with the services. He kept warning me that I wouldn't be able to walk or dance if he made it too tight which I understood but I'm an adult - I'm not going to junior prom and have no intentions on dancing. Once the gown was FINALLY done, it fit like a glove and I was very satisfied, but that doesn't make up for the poor customer service.

I've gotten dry cleaning done here 3 times. Each time the clothing has come out covered in lint. Not a big deal, but annoying nonetheless.

More importantly, twice now they have stained my shirts and claimed it was like that when I brought them in. Once, I can forgive as a mistake, twice in the span of 1 month is ridiculous.

They still made me pay for the dry cleaning, refused to listen to what I was saying and didn't offer any kind of make good.

It's fine if you really have no other options, but I really recommend finding a different place to go, terrible shop.

So I dropped a uniform off to have some patches sewen on. I told him exactly where everything went and how it went, we pinned the patches on where they were supposed to go. I told him some had to be folded under so that certain measurements would be present that are required. I left him a copy of the regulation as a back up. I go to pick it up and they messed it up some patches were cut that weren't others didn't have the folds and were changed from how we had them. He says he followed the picture, I asked did he read what was written he kept on saying "It matches the picture" which is also does not. I said I wouldn't pay and tried to take it back he ripped it away from me and wouldn't let me take it. I said I'd pay him half of what the order was for the few things he did correctly. Definitely staying away from this place.

Mercy. Uncle. What ever I need to cry to get this place to cut the crap.

I had a dress dry cleaned. It was due to be picked up on Monday. Wednesday morning I went in to get the dress and guess what...no dress. The woman ran all around the store looking for it. I had the ticket so there was no fault on my part, save being a day and a half late to pick it up (which shouldn't matter for dry cleaning right?)

      "You come back, friend"

Arrrrrgh. I was going to wear my sweats in that day and change into the dress upon arrival to the office. Thank god I decided not to do that!

The dress was clean and they got the stain out which is the only reason two stars remain for this place.

      Fast tailoring.

On multiple occasions I've bought pants at H+M around the corner and had them hemmed here within an hour. The English of the guy who's usually there is a little wanting in the English department , but it didn't prevent him from getting the job done.

Had a tear in my suit jacket and woman said no problem- it'll look good. Didn't look good at all and I should've refused to pay- I blame myself for that.

If they felt they couldn't have done a good job I would've liked to have heard that up front- so 1 star for total lack of honesty, workmanship, and ripoff.

Total waste of money and will never set foot in this place again. If you can't do the job please say so.

Have gotten pants altered here several times because stumpy legs. Never had problems--the work is good and holds up well over time, and the staff is friendly and courteous.
