Tyler H.Vancouver, WA0505Sep 27, 2023They won't print a UPS label for you. They will charge you to print a UPS label for a package. They are not UPS they are a UPS store meaning they get their labels for free but charge you to print them on a UPS printer with UPS ink.

This isn't supposed to be an "Easter egg hunt" for packages we paid for! Do your job and deliver the package. I mean literally we find them everywhere anyone could take it and not to mention our drive way is miles long- WHY didn't you drive to the front of the house atleast. So frustrating. This has happened 10 or more times in the last year and everyone in my family is very frustrated including my brother who's in the Army and needs his personal items sent home for safety. Please call me so we can resolve this ASAP. 3606094066. Will remove phone number after I am contacted.

Super great customer service (unlike the BG post office). Customers are appreciated at this location! This is a one stop shop - copy, scanning, packaging and mailing oversized shipments, notary, and passport photos. Convenient location and parking

I used to work for UPS Stores for years through high school and college, and almost bought a franchise several times- so needless to say I enjoy spending my my money here. Long story short after coming to the BG locations several times I have not had a good or pleasant experience. There is a short employee with a tattoo and glasses that is absolutely awful. Micromanaged and demeaned the other kids working there and was horrible to me each and every time. Definitely acts like you're inconveniencing her, and seems a little too egotistical for an older (at least I think) person working at a high schooler's job. I hope she sees this and reevaluates her leadership and humility skills.

Good service. Most of the people who work at this UPS store are helpful and nice. I have had a mailbox with them for a long time. I know that my packages and mail are safe.
