If I could give them less stars, I would. I have been coming here for years. They're not exceptional at any one thing- the dip is low quality (the color ripples), the shellac is always sloppy, and the shaping of the acrylics is never great. But it's a nail salon that is conveniently placed.

I came in for a shellac manicure and realized I ran out of time so just asked for a manicure instead and for them to strip off my color. I don't speak Vietnamese but I immediately knew they were talking about me and how I changed my mind at the last minute. Another lady even came up to me, put her arms around me, touched my hair unnecessarily asking why I didn't want color. Besides the pathetic work they did on my nails, they charged me $30 as if I had gotten shellac. The sloppy tech didnt even strip off my shellac. Had I gotten another shellac mani, she was prepared to lay new shellac on my old shellac.

If you want to come to a place that cuts corners, uses cheap materials, and be serviced by techs that talk about you in your face, this is the salon for you.

I've been getting my nails done by Sarah for about a year now. She has NEVER disappointed me, she truly cares about your time and is quick and well skilled. She genuinely tries to get to know you and makes you feel comfortable. Her work is phenomenal and she gets it done right EVERY SINGLE TIME.

P Nails and Sophie are the best - creative nail art- and very careful trimming of cuticles. The salon is always clean and well lit . wait times are minimal and very fair pricing. Frie sky service every time .

My nails are done by Jennifer and I love them she is very gentle. I also had my nails and pedicure done by Sara and she is also great!

Took my hubby in for his first pedicure. They were very nice. I got mine done as well, it was great fun. We had to wait a bit, but we were done in an hour and a half....most of it was waiting for my polish to dry.

Linda did a horrible job. Seemed hurried. She used the grinding machine on my toes and nails. And didn't like it when I flinched because it hurt against my skin. She kept saying relax, which is the least relaxing thing to say. I also had to point out to her that she hadn't done a good job of removing my cuticles. I could've overlooked her being less than gentle if she'd done a good job. She left shellac paint all over my skin. I might go back but definitely not with Linda.

Don't deserve the star rating, I came in to do a regular manicure, nail polish was old and did not dry out. Manager did not want to redo my polish after paying of course...

FOR YEARS i came to this salon because of the customer service and the work that they did ... And slowly the work was half assed and customer service was ehhhh .... So i stopped coming .... Today i said why not give them another chance since i use to love coming here ... PROVEN RIGHT AGAIN on why i stopped coming ... I just got charged 81 dollars for a pedicure .. NO SHELLAC just regular nail polish ... removal of shellac ... the did a plain manicure no nail polish ... they didn't even put clear nail polish ... and I got my eyebrows waxed ... OHHHHH and they had me wait in the waxing room for over 15 minutes when they saw me they brought someone else in and did they their wax job first .... they are robbing people with these prices!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK

If I could give it less than ONE star I definitely would. I went in for a pedicure and the girl that started it off didn't even finish it herself.. she had to call someone else to do it ‍ and then the second time I went, the same girl that started it the last time actually did my entire pedicure (surprisingly) but about a week later my toe really started to hurt and to bleed. When I went back to complain about the girl they refused to attend me and told me to leave. Absolutely terrible place and would not recommend.

Terrible place. Took my mom one time and wasn't happy with how they treated her. No respect, rude and trash place. The guy who attended her did her nails way too thin to where they bent, she let him know they were too thin and he got upset because she asked if he could fix them. Long story short, he made a scene, cut my mom's nails off after she asked to just remove them but he cut the cooked on purpose and left, another lady had to fix them right cause the baby had a tantrum, definitely she's definitely NEVER going back and we're not recommending this place to friends, aunts, brothers, neighbors, nephews and nieces, Zero stars.
