Gerber Collision & Glass

Had a basket ball goal sneak into my blind spot as I was backing up my Toyota RAV4 which resulted in some damage limited to the rear quarter panel. Toyota collision wanted to keep the vehicle for close to a month to repair it. We contacted Gerber and had them take a look at the vehicle and they gave us a turn around time of a couple of days! We dropped it off on a Wednesday evening and it was ready for pick up looking good as new Friday before close! Part of the quote included replacing a part of trim that had the possibility of breaking when they removed it to get to the part needing repair. In the end the part didn't break when they removed it so they saved us that part of the fee. It was nice to have that presented from the get go though! Great experience from start to finish and will be back for any future needs!

Was given a quote of 17 business days for repairs. It took them 35 (49 days total). I was also promised 2 texts a week with updates on the progress. in 49 days I received 7 texts total, and no one ever bothered to call to explain why it was taking so long. Terrible customer service. Take your car to a locally-owned place instead.

Had an accident in my Jeep. Had to take it in for repairs. Owasso Collision took the time to do the repairs correctly. It took about 3 weeks to complete $15,000 worth of repairs. The Jeep looked great when we got it back. The customer service is exceptional! They took the time to talk with me about the work they needed to do. Very friendly staff!

In town for the night as I travel across the country. Noticed a small issue as I was traveling and called these guys about 20 minutes before close. They got me in, fixed me up, and could not have been more kind. Forever thankful for good people like this. Recommended 100 times over.

Jeremy at Owasso Collision did an amazing job with my car! He was extremely professional and nice every step of the way. He went over and above working with my insurance company to make sure I got the best bang for my buck and did more repairs than I was originally expecting for less money than I thought I would pay. The car looks perfect on the repaired areas and they washed and detailed my car, which was totally unexpected. Thank you!

They wrote and estimate and ordered my parts on Thursday. Took my car in Tuesday morning, it was ready Wednesday afternoon. AND they washed and vacuumed my car! Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend these guys!

I was so impressed and how well & fast the service was. They were so helpful with dealing with the insurance folks and even took the time to fax the estimate to them. I would highly recommend these folks for fender benders & beyond!
