This is the best automotive shop I have ever ever been. A few weeks ago, my transmission went out on my car in the middle of nowhere. AAA referred me to this place, and I instantly fell in love. Nate told me exactly what was wrong with my car gave me a couple of days to decide what to do. If you ever get into any car trouble, please go here. They are good, honest people who will get you on track. They will take you to the nearest metro station if needed. And if your sugar it a little low, they have snacks...

Thank you! Thank you Orr for being a part of the village that watches out for my college daughter! You were all patient and took into consideration her circumstances. I know working with our insurance from out of state was a challenge but Orr Automotive was great! She was given a fair price for a rental and we really appreciate it.

I love this place they've been helping me with a couple things over the last six months. Mindy at the front desk is always super responsive and helpful and definitely knows a bit of her stuff when it comes to cars the owner, Nate is super helpful as well. Any warranty repairs I do in the future I will definitely go straight back to them. They go to bat for you and help you through the whole process with excellent communication through text messaging. I really appreciate you guys.

They are good. I've had now multiple visits there and they have been able to diagnose/fix the issues. They take pictures and have a computer system that makes it easy to see what is needed and what the costs are.

Message asking for a quote just for labor on changing spark plugs and Mindy quoted 500$. Spark plugs are $12 each and it takes less than an hour to do. Absolutely ridiculous. Find another shop that doesn't try to rob you.

repair needed to my front chassis. Instead of just
proceeding with the work he noted my mileage
indicated I was probably still under warranty and
gave me the phone numbers to a KIA dealership he
liked as well as the number to corporate so I could
protest if they gave me a hard time. The dealership
did repair my car for free. Instead of looking at
simple profit, Orr automotive invests in honesty and

Orr automotive resurfaced my brakes for free because months ago they replaced them and heat damage had occurred. They stand by their work and go the extra mile. I'll never use another shop!!

Chris was super helpful and friendly. Called without an appt, was told to come in, and got my car taken care of right away. He also explained what was wrong with my car (spark plugs were pretty much shot after a smog check--so car was misfiring and throttling).

Since I didn't know what was wrong, I was willing to just pay the diagnostic fee $139, which he said would go toward the repair cost anyway. Turns out that the repair was less @ $133, so that was what they ended up charging me for. Checked in on Yelp for a $10 coupon, and total came out to ~$123 (including tax).

Awesome service, friendly vibes, and honest employees. 10/10. Highly recommend this place!

I called this shop a few days ago for a quote on front brake pads and rotor replacement. Mindy was nice and professional. She gave me a quote that was about $50-$100 cheaper from the two other places I called prior. Not to mention it was a lot cheaper than the dealership. I'm happy with the estimate and above else the quality work.

I received excellent service here. I went in for an oil change and was treated like a VIP. I appreciate the level of hospitality as well as quality.

This was a terrible experience!!! My sunroof started to act up so I found ORR and chose this place based on Yelp reviews. Boy, was that a mistake!!! I scheduled a 12:30 appointment, but took it in earlier, at 8. The man at the desk said it would be fine and they would take at look at my car after the one they were working on. At about 10:30 I got an automated text asking if I was okay with work estimate of $139.00. I agreed to it. At 3:15 or so when I had not heard from them I called, only to have them tell me they hadn't ordered part yet or calculated my total. Confused, I asked what the estimate was for, if not for the work! He said for diagnostic inspection. He would call me back shortly with total. At 5:10 when I had still not heard back, I called again only to have the put me on hold for about 10 minutes and come on to tel me it would be $860. I said no thanks! Turns out they took the liberty to run a full inspection on my entire car. Chris & Nathan they did this as a courtesy to me. HA!!! I asked them to check my rooftop, what made them think it was okay to check my entire car! Horrible communication, deceitful practices, and terrible customer service.
