Oro Salon And Spa

I had such an amazing experience here. Keri did my hair and was super nice and absolutely amazing at giving me what I asked for. I went in unsure and anxious of what it was going to look like (I wanted a black to red ombre) and Keri went above and beyond to give me what I asked for while giving me suggestions and making me look the best that I could! Everyone at the salon is super friendly, caring, and always put their clients first. I got to meet Leida as well, and it was great to be able to meet her and get to talk to her as well. She was super nice and the atmosphere is all around amazing. She was very responsive when emailing and was very active to get me in as soon as possible. They offer free snacks and water/coffee/tea which is a bonus. During my experience they said nothing but nice things about the previous customers that were in the salon and Keri stayed late to make sure my hair was done and didnt rush it. Overall I am SUPER happy with my experience at Oro and will definitely be going back when I need another hair appointment.

Worst experience I ever had at a salon. Then to add insult to injury I sent an email to the owner to make them aware and they didn't even bother to reply. I was gettin hair and makeup for an event and not only did my hair come out terrible but my makeup was also terrible! I ended up with eyelash glue all over my face! I had to miss half of my event so I could go home and shower and pick chunks of glue off with tweezers. I really have never seen anything like it. As a side note the salon was dirty! I was the first person as they unlocked the door to let me in and there was hair still on the floor from the day before.

I have curly, thick hair that's hard to tame (thank you to my Portuguese side). Met with Amanda, then Tina to work on my hair. I don't go anywhere else now. Friendly, comfortable atmosphere and my hair has never looked better. The blowouts are perfect, Tina really listens to me when it comes to cutting and coloring my hair. Comfortable salon, great staff and just overall a nice relaxing atmosphere. Never feel pressured to buy their products. Appointments are easy to make (great for a busy schedule like mine) and I'm treated like family.

This is an overdue review for the excellent facial I had with Leida a few weeks ago. It was my first time there and she was wonderful about accommodating my schedule at the last minute. She was very knowledgeable about skincare and the facial itself was great. My skin was sooo soft for several days after, and I didn't break out like I have with facials in the past. I will definitely be going back!

Just moved back here after 19 years and needed to find a new hair dresser. Thank goodness I lucked out on first try! Keri had done a fantastic job on my partial foil, cut and blow dry! All the girls there were friendly and fun!! Definitely found my new Hairdresser, Keri!

Have been going to Amanda for several years now. She is a miracle worker. Salon is clean and right next to a public parking lot. They are on time for appointments. I have gotten highlights and haircuts.

I have been going to Amanda for several years, she is a genuine sweet person with an incredible talent for hair. This salon keeps the vibe positive unlike other hair salons where you end up in the uncomfortable position of hearing other customers dirty laundry aired. They keep it classy and focus on the customer as the top priority. Amanda always just gets what I'm looking to achieve and I feel comfortable enough to voice any questions. I highly recommend Oro!

Amazing! I orginally had an appointment at Be Styled in Lynnfield, until they called and cancelled my appointment a half hour before it. I was referred to Oro by a friend so I called them, told them everything and they said to come right in. I couldn't of had a more pleasant experience. Nikki did my hair and it came out beautifully! I will definitley be coming back to them in the future without question.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Nikki and the salon. They have consistently gone out of their way to accommodate my hectic and irregular schedule. Nikki out does herself each and every time I see her. She is amazingly talented, and super kind. I absolutely love going there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend a friend. It has a very warm, and welcoming atmosphere unlike some of those other salons where you feel like you need to have your hair done before you even show up.

A private conversation is not private in a public business, nor is gossiping a trademark of fortune tellers, therapists, or magicians. I tried to give my patronage to this salon, and for no fault of my own (because once again...I told NO ONE of their gossip), I was treated with contempt, disrespect, and slander. If you ask me, that type of unprofessional behavior just simply isn't worth anyone's time or money.
