Orlando Transfer

This was our first time using a private transportation service and we got first rate service! Our driver was friendly, early and very helpful. They were able to accommodate a last minute change to our flight plans, which was incredibly helpful. He even took us on a short trip around Disney Springs so we'd be a little more familiar with the area around our hotel.
What sold me on this service verses the others, was being able to make a quick stop at a grocery story before our early morning start the next day.
Would definitely use this company again.

Price, communication, and thoroughness with Orlando Transfer was fantastic for our round trip from MCO to The Disney Beach Club. They even stopped off at the grocery store before reaching the hotel. The drivers Ricardo and Carlo were both very courteous, efficient, and friendly. The company not only provided a child's car and booster seat for the grandkids, but correctly sized the vehicle needed for the trip. Thank you.

Everything was a breeze with Orlando Transfer! We used them once years ago and went with them again. Omar was our driver and he was punctual and so helpful. He patiently waited for us since our stroller came out of luggage claim very late and we didn't feel rushed at all by him. We stopped at the local grocery store and he had water and candy in his car for us.

I highly recommend Orlando Transfer for your car service needs in the Orlando area!! I used them for recent trip to central Florida. Great communication, I received a text the night before confirming the pickups and providing driver name. Driver Sergio was a bit early to arrive so right on time, and very professional and friendly with clean vehicles. They also offer a short stop at Publix if needed on the way in to the city, which was appreciated. First class all the way with great service. I will definitely use them again on my next trip to Orlando.

Sergio and his drivers Omar and Pedro were kind, excellent, very professional, and always on time. We were traveling with a big family, 19 in all and Sergio was able to accommodate us to and from the airport and to and from Kennedy Space Center. His vans were new and very clean. When I needed to change our travel time he was able to make arrangements even though it was a busy day for them. I will use their service again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent services. Sergio was professional, on time and extremely helpful in assisting transportation yo and from the airport with a 10 month old. We loved that the car seat option was available. This allowed us to leave ours home and still travel safe. Another perk was having the option to stop at Publix on the way to the hotel. Highly recommend Orlando for anyone traveling with or without small children.

From the first moment on when booking online until the last minute, it was a 5-star experience. Sergio was super punctual and waited although the procedure at customs took longer than expected. Very clean cars, extremely friendly and very reasonably priced.

When I planned a family trip to New York, one of the toughest decisions was "Who will take us to the airport and pick us up?" We were a family of 10. "Will they be on time?" "Will they remember to pick us up when we return?" After searching and reading reviews of the many companies available to meet my need in the Orlando area, I settled on Orlando Transfer. And I'm glad I did. Sergio taking my family to the airport was like my brother taking us. He is very courteous and professional. I even threw him a curve at the last minute by asking if he could come early. He did. There are not enough Thank You's to express my gratitude for Orlando Transfer getting our trip off to a good start and bringing us home without any problem.
I will not have to think about who will take us to the airport the next time. I will always call Orlando Transfer.

We travel to Florida often and have consistently used another well-known livery service, but I took a chance and switched to another company -- Orlando Transfers -- for our May trip. I am so glad I did -- the transactional side was smooth, the SUV nice, clean and our driver, Omar, was just fabulous. We were fortunate to have him be our driver for our round-trip. You can tell the value of a company by the engagement of their employees, and Omar just hit it out of the ballpark. We will definitely use Orlando Transfers in the future and will recommend to family and friends. thank you.

I have to start off by saying that I never ended up using this company BUT...

I messaged back and forth with the owner, Sergio, to get an idea of their service and pricing. It was very easy to go through Yelp, their company is very responsive. From the get go Sergio was extremely helpful and ultimately we decided to use their company since their pricing was also one of the lowest. It turns out there was a typo and the pricing was much higher than expected. Rather than say "tough luck" Sergio offered a compromise which I was grateful for, since I prefer to use transfer companies with a lot of good reviews (since I have been left stranded before.. it's not fun). I paid a deposit and everything was all set! Fast forward to travel time and our youngest fell ill, causing us to cancel our entire trip altogether. I messaged Sergio to let him know and even made it clear that I did not expect the deposit back, just that I wanted to cancel the service so that a driver wasn't sitting around waiting for a no show. Sergio refunded the deposit any way because I guess, that's just how he does business. I have a lot of respect for this company and will surely use them whenever I am in town. Thank you!
