The food is all pretty solid. It has plenty of sauce. The portion size is the perfect size. The best thing about this place is the prices though. Amazingly the prices have not gone up since the first time I ate there more than a decade ago. All around a great place to get takeout from.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken dinner. It was overly battered and super greasy. The rice tasted like it was 3 weeks old and the chicken was really hard and crispy. The food tasted cold also. Never will I go back there again.

This place used to be my favorite place to get chinese.
Lately it's been going down hill. Last time we got chicken that I'm sure had sat under heat lamps for hours. Today we tried it again and the breading on the chicken was raw on the inside. We called and got "what do you want me to do about it?" And also "I'll tell the fry cook." I am done eating here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tye M.Montrose, MI1254May 8, 2019
Super cheap and you get so much food the place doesn't look the best but have only had good food from there over the 10 years going.

As soon as I walked in this place, it was already off to a bad start, water leak stains everywhere! Their menus was messed up, the lady working, you couldn't even understand her!
I would not recommend this place, it's the worst Chinese place I've ever been to. I would feed this to my dog, but my dog would smell it turn around and probably poop on it. I got some rice and chicken and the chicken tasted raw, and there was more dressing then anything. Not worth $23!
I read threw the reviews and a girl got food poisoning and her husband had a mysterious hair in his food? This place is not good at all! Please stay away from this place!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jeanette B.Flint, MI264811Apr 2, 2016
Stay. Away. Please.
I got gnarly food poisoning here and was in the bathroom with shit coming out both ends for hours. I looked like death warmed over. There was a mystery hair in my man's chicken. He was nauseous but nothing worse. Despicable owner. From now on, I will just grab the chinese sweet and sour or noodles from the freezer at Meijers.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Steve M.Flint, MI2810913Dec 10, 2017
I would put the food at "1 step below standard Chinese Buffet". It's technically edible, but I wouldn't pick it over any of the fast food joints surrounding it. I assume it survives on Clio's lack of food variety. I stopped with my kids for takeout lunch, and found it difficult to order since the menu/wall signs/post it notes/paper signs all kinda tell a different menu story. The person working the register didn't speak much English, so that didn't help much. I'd skip this one for sure.

I ate there ONCE.BEWARE DON'T EAT THERE! IT was the worst food I have ever eaten in any restaurant in my whole life. I'm 51 years old so I have been to plenty. When I walked in I should of turned around and left. The place is a DUMP. I should of just left and went to China moon. The sweet and sour chicken was all dried out and nasty chewy rubber like. And the rice looked and tasted like it was 3 days old and reheated over and over. I had take out, if I ate there I would of demanded a refund or threw it over the counter if they didn't give me one. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT DON'T SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.Its a disgrace, BAD BAD BAD , THE LADY serving the food looked like she belonged in one of those old prison movies cook. Slapping beans on a tray . Blah!!

There is no reason to ever go here when China Moon also exists down the street in Clio.
China Moon is great quality, this place I wonder how the health department hasn't shut them down, or how they have any business at all.
Upon entry, you will see the place is a total dump, very dated, and dirty looking. If you enter the bathroom there is a heavy mildew or moldy smell. This alone should tell you to run away!
I came here on a Monday, and only because China Moon is closed on Monday.
I ordered the combo of two (supposedly different) items in the same box. Both had nothing but carrot, and celery for vegetables. The two items that should have been very different were identical except for the sauce. The chicken itself had an off flavor, which makes me wonder of it's freshness.
Food was basically disgusting!
Chicken fried rice (which you get a huge portion of) also had a very off flavor, and might be made in bulk, and simply reserved day after day.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
