On Fire Pizza

Been doing keto for a few months and today I didn't feel like cooking or eating a protein style burger from in n out, so I decided to try the keto pizza. Let me tell you this is a game changer for me.
1. It saves me so much time. Sure I can make it myself but buying all the ingredients and baking it will end up costing more time and $
2. It satisfies my cravings for pizza and you can basically get it with other toppings.
3. The crust is 15grams of carbs. Per slice you ask? Nope! 15 for the entire pizza!
It's fresh, flavorful, hits the spot, and I live another day on keto. Thanks guys! I will be back to try the cheese bread.

Update: I couldn't finish the pizza so I saved half for later. I reheated it in my airfryer and let me tell you, it tasted even better. It was more crispy all around.

I alway cross On Fire Pizza when I go to Costco and finally made the time. I love the oven is right in front I can feel the fire from the entrance. Got the wings and the half Hawaiian and pepperoni. The wings were good baked wings. With BBQ sauce I could eat 20 easily. Pizza has a crispy bottom and soft top. Cooked to perfection. Overall great experience.

I really enjoyed my pizza from here. I was unsure given the reviews on here but decided to go for it anyways. I only knocked it down a star cuz one spot was slightly burnt which I hate and because I do not prefer chopped jalapeños I like the round ones because I feel like they hold the spice better. BUT it was still very tasty. I killed the entire pizza in like 15 min. That also could've been because I was starving but honestly it was a solid personal pizza and could see myself returning.

Calling all Keto and low carb lifers!

On fire caught our attention because they have a big banner by the street saying "Keto Crust". Naturally, we had to wander in and see what's up.

The GM took our order and was very welcoming. He explained to us how they make their keto crust- which is the same ingredients as the famous fat head pizza dough recipe.

Anywho, the pizza was great and we were so excited to find a new place to get a low carb pizza option.

Pro tip: check in on Yelp and get a free drink! They have the best nugget ice!

This review is long overdue. I feel like I keep forgetting to write it because we have eaten here frequently for years and the food is consistently good that we have just come to expect it. This remains our favorite pizza place in the San Ramon/Danville areas. The dough is soft with just the right amount of chewiness. It is baked in a real pizza oven and occasionally has a little char to its crust but it doesn't take away from the fresh, delicious flavors. Our favorite pizza is by far the hornet. The perfect amount of heat from the peppers and sweetness from the honey. But other pizzas we enjoy include the margarita and the white pie but all of their pizzas are honestly enjoyable. We haven't had one that stood out as a disappointment.

We recently ordered through DoorDash for a family gathering and it arrived hot, delicious as usual, and made for the perfect family lunch!

It was my first time to trying on Fire Pizza and the LAST time too!

I got fooled by their sign "WOOD Fire Pizza" !!

Unfortunately, something has changed with the management here and now every single pizza is being sent out undercooked. The dough is still wet, uncooked. I'm a regular customer and I didn't recognize any of the 6 person team now running the restaurant. It's one thing to undercook the pizza, but for the expediter to accept sending out pizzas this undercooked should be a illegal. Then, they made another pizza to replace it. That pizza was completely charred on the bottom. Over 1/4 inch pure black char, where if you eat it it will ruin your entire meal type of char. Then manager was rather argumentative and never once accepted responsibility, it was actually shocking. I've requested to be contacted by the owner, Bill. I don't think he is aware that this new management is failing so poorly.

Fast 90 second pizza. Dining room currently open and outside seating available too. Special smaller lunch size pizzas in the afternoon.

Nicely decorated and open with lots of light dining room. Pizza ovens visible from seating area - might be fun for kids. Ambiance was great - even the air quality given the proximity to the kitchen was impressive. Very comfortable.

As you enter there is wood presumably for the pizza cooking - lots of seating - and space between customers if you are concerned about that. Not at all crowded and outdoor space available too.

Pizza didn't have gimmicky flavors - like some of the fast food places do. Google "pizza hut fairy dust" to understand what I mean. Curled up pepperoni made a nice presentation. Seemed a little under cooked. It didn't have that crispy bottom that even I can create at home with a pizza stone.

I like the small pizzas concept here - if your with a group nobody can agree on the toppings. Come for the speedy service and ambiance. Perfect to drop by if you work nearby on a short lunch break.

Came here to try the keto pizza the service was fast and the staff was really friendly. The wings weren't as crispy as I would've liked but they were juicy and had a good flavor. The keto crust was crumbly and dry. To be honest the regular pizza looks really good and I am looking forward to going back and trying a regular pizza. My review is majorly based on the keto crust. I will submit a updated review of a regular crust pizza.

I've been coming here multiple times per week for years because their pizza and ingredients are delicious, and every member of their staff are warm, attentive, and welcoming. Though I feel bad, I'm lowering a star because I feel one of the staff members, Veronica, stands apart in that she always gives me a hard time, is uncaring, and borderline rude. I hope management can talk to her, or find someone caring, like the rest of their amazing staff. If they do, I'll happily change my rating back to five stars.
