Oh my Oh my Oh my, we just received a call from Donna from Omni Financial regarding a "Business matter" and wow. She was the rudest person we have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. However, looking at the reviews, it seems like that is the norm for this company so, oh well.

Had an unsolicited call stating that California had placed a tax lien for $20K on me for an incorporated company I had not been connected with for about 20 years.

After contacting various California tax bodies it seems this is a scam.

Wow, these guys really do have a lot of time on their hands... After many unsolicited and threatening phone calls to my staff I did a quick search on the BBB site and had an A+ rating. Hmmm... must be the wrong company, but upon closer examination, nope, the right company. As I start reading through their complaints, it is exactly the experience which we had, but 18+ times... This is sad since the BBB used to stand for a standard of business. Now, it appears that they give you a rating just on how long you have been paying the dues.

Moving forward, these guys have been constantly calling the office asking for me to resolve an urgent tax issue and can have tremendous legal ramifications on me as the owner, etc. Blah blah blah. Since I have been out of the country, I told me staff to tell them to stop calling since it's a sales call. And of course they keep on calling. Now that I'm back I am doing our fellow business owners a favor and writing a review for them on social media since the BBB appears not to be interested.

The only good thing is that it appears that Omni understands this and if people actually complain to the BBB, they say they will never call again from Omni and they pretend it's an isolated experience and then apologize. Then the BBB closes the complaint, Omni keeps on paying the BBB dues, and Omni maintains their A+ rating. Guess that works.

They cold call like crazy to anyone that has a public record. They will call work, cell, relatives and anyone with your last name or possibly linked to you and worry them by saying that you have tax issues and "its urgent" and try every subtle fear tactic possible to get you to play into their game. Probably not a good firm if they have this much time to do this. I normally wouldn't review someone like this, but people should know my experience. They call every other week, used to be every week, disrupts business, and sidetracks my employees with their crap. They refused to leave messages, they call private and honestly are more annoying than a bum that stares you down when they don't get their way. I would add more but the Yelp guidelines won't let me, otherwise this review will be filtered. Roll over and burst into flames please.

I researched this company after getting a rude voicemail from an employee. I'm not sure how they stay in business if they are that unprofessional on a sales call. I hung up on the guy because I was on hold with my school and didn't want to get disconnected. I can't believe a company would allow its employees to call and leave an ugly voicemail just because they were hung up on. I called a supervisor to ask to be put on the do not call list and he was nice but couldn't promise I wouldn't get calls from another one of their offices. He could only promise that they would not call back from that office.I'd be terrified to use them for anything if this is how their representatives behave. Like someone else said reporting to the BBB is probably useless. I was actually considering using them until they left that voicemail. I thought they were legit and just needed time to do some research. Yeah I'm glad I'm just handling my issue through the state.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; they don't deserve the one star I was forced to give them. They call soliticing new business for tax lien relief, but when you say you aren't interested, they get nasty and hang up on you. They act more like bill collectors than they do telemarketers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

i used this law firm and the work they did was amazing!! they handled all of my irs issues and kept me informed all through the process since my job keeps me very busy it was great to focus on work and feel secure my money was being spent well

Wow this the most unethical, rude and obnoxious company I have ever run into. I called them once to get some tax advice and they have been hounding me since, and are tremendously rude when they call.
