I saw the face of God as soon as I walked into this Olive Garden. Immediately greeted by an outstanding employee, the custom Italian brass doors swung wide open and m'lady and I were immediately sat. Hints of Parmesan and extra virgin olive oil paraded through the dining room, as we sat in a booth with Tuscan-style pleather. Our waiter, a man of his word, brought fresh breadsticks, salad and soup as we let the sound of traditional Roman folk music fill our ears. As we enjoyed our appetizers, we each ordered handmade pastas, and received them within minutes. Hints of the Amalfi coast were injected into the veins of this food, as it was some of the greatest Italian cuisine my taste buds have ever savored. Throughout the meal, and with each bite, I closed my eyes to envision myself on a Venetian gondola just to completely immerse myself in this out of body experience. Our server then brought the check, and to my surprise, it was remarkably inexpensive, further demonstrating the value of this institution. I was sad to leave, but left with a warmth in my heart that has kept me beating until my next rendezvous with Olive Garden. I dream about this experience often, have told family and friends, and will never forget; it's not about what I can do for the Garden, it's about what the Garden can do for me. Vidi. Vici. Veni. Hasta Lasagna.

This Olive Garden was great! The food was delicious and hot. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The server was kind and got everything we needed. I had the lasagna and my hubby had the tour of Italy. I tasted his chicken parmigiana too, & it was amazing delicious! Very yummy!

I don't understand why this location has such bad reviews. I came here on a Saturday and had an amazing experience. We checked in online just so we didn't have to wait at the restaurant. We were sat and our waiter came immediately. I ordered the green apple moscato sangria pitcher and it was delicious. For my soup, I always get the chicken and gnocchi. It was hot and just as good as always. My mom went with the salad which is always a staple. Soon after, our food came out. My go to is the chicken and shrimp carbonara and this time I added scallops. It was so delicious and I was a happy girl. The manager was walking around and helping the waiters which I thought was great. We packed up and were on our way in less than an hour.

El dÃa de hoy fuimos a comer y nos salieron dos cabellos en las uvas de mi hija y en la pasta, la lechuga estaba podrida, el café frÃo.
No es posible que no puedan revisar sus procesos de este restaurant !

If I could give 0 stars I would! Went in Sunday afternoon at 3 and got soup and salad with a party of 7. Hardly any people there but we were there for 2 hours. 2 days later I get an alert from my Credit card company with an unusually high tip, and realized the waiter added more money then we originally tipped. Barely wanted to tip anything since he was slow. Talked to the other parties and he did the same thing to their tips. Had to get a new credit card and call OG mgmt. and explain what happened and of course we had to wait for them to to their research, and all they did was refund the tip and that was it!!! Beware if you go here obviously they don't have guidelines in place to prevent waiter from putting in whatever tip they want. Thought mgmt would have at least given a voucher for all the trouble. Won't be back to this one for sure!!

AMAZING!!!! Absolutely phenomenal food. The steak is incredibly juicy and I got the gluten free rotini with Alfredo and when I tell you I am DROOLING over this meal right now. Our waiter Rashel was awesome as well. We came in at the worst time (40 mins before close) and yet everything is perfect. We WILL be tipping well this evening. The ambience is a vibe.

I had a wonderful meal here. My appetizer was absolutely delicious and filled will flavor. I've never been to a Olive Garden with such presentation and taste! My entree was beautiful too! But the course I loved most was the appetizer. I asked the waitress who made it and she said a young man named Jacob in the back kitchen. I asked to speak with him but she said he was busy with a bunch of orders at the time. Point is I will be back for more again and again for some more delicious food and great service!!!

The food was tasteless, bland, barely edible, no doggie bags here! Even the breadsticks had no character.

had dinner at Waco Olive Garden Sunday Dec 3rd 2023. Have to say I won't be going back. ordered Chicken Margarita with broccoli. Out of the vegetable! got a side of angel hair spaghetti, nothing on it, plain dry pasta . Two medallions of chicken breast- under cooked- still pink inside. that ruined my appetite. for $20.00 absolutely terrible meal .

It's amazing after a bad review that there are multiple raving reviews that come in to put the bad review way down the line so no one will get to it. They never address the type of complaint in bad review. More than likely the great reviews are employees or friends. Totally bogus.....
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Nov 5, 2022Previous reviewI have never had lasagna made without at least one layer of meat. This place makes it without even one layer of meat. There are at least 3 layers of ricotta cheese so all you taste is the cheese. They put a little meat in the sauce they pour on top. I can now understand why the olive garden only rates a two and a half stars on yelp. The only thing that keeps them with any stars is the salad and bread. It's been a while since eating there, won't be making that mistake again.
