Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I live near the medical center so I usually get to go from this NRG location. I love any place that offers curbside especially being a parent. Ordering on the Olive Garden app is very easy including when you notify them that you've arrived. The wait time is usually pretty short (less than 5 min). I have dined in a few times and never had any issues with the servers.

The food is consistently good. We always get the salad as a side with chicken Alfredo and chicken & shrimp carbonara. Rare times they have forgotten to remove the bacon from the carbonara. The breadsticks are slightly on the hard side but still edible. The kids menu is very generous portion too and comes with a drink. I always get my kids the Alfredo pasta with chicken & broccoli. We always have leftovers. It's a classic place for casual pasta dishes.

I came here Sunday and ordered the potato soup curb side. Someone on the phone took my order and made me repeat my number and everything. Once I pulled up, I was told by the same person because they had the exact same voice that she couldn't find my order. Instead of admitting she may have made a mistake or they were busy and she forgot to enter it in, she just pretended I didn't order it. She claimed the kitchen was so busy, but I didn't see that many cars in the parking lot. I'm disappointed.

The food was on-par from what you would expect from an Olive Garden. The motto states that "Here, everyone is family" and that is the feeling I experienced from my visit here. From the Ambiance to the service, I was really impressed. The only reason I will rate 4 stars was the wait on the food, but the server was incredibly nice!

We've been to this location many times and enjoyed it. This visit one of us spilled a water glass and the response we got when we asked for help was less than stellar. Stopped a waitress and she went to get help. The lady that showed up was put out.....not the type of response we expect from Olive Garden.

Olive the things I've ever said about Olive Garden hold true for this location.

One of my least favourite restaurants in the world and this location is in the Heart of the City and it's pretty popular unfortunately.

Some swear by OG, I can't take those people seriously, to me the food is somewhat like something you would eat out of a toilet bowl, not that you would, unless it's part of your job of course, and any Italian such as myself would be embarrassed to devour such a disaster, but I would say that the good thing about it is that they often have really nice service and make you feel like they're happy to have you there, and that's the strong point.

But not here. It's not every OG that treats you like family, and this location for the most part absolutely doesn't.

They gave us a lot of drink refills, and they were very nice and generous. Never had to wait a long time for food or for refills.

Very very very very poor service, I've worked at a Olive Garden at a different location. The service was slow soup and salad and drinks didn't get brought out in time and breadsticks were brought out at the end of the meal. Pasta was dry when food was brought out as well.

It's been years (pre-pandemic) since my last visit to this location. I was surprised to see the changes inside (clean, bright, spacious). On this visit, my hubby and I elected to sit at the bar. Service was courteous and prompt. The salad is good. I had a simple spaghetti with marinara sauce and sautéed shrimp. The amount of shrimp was generous. My husband had calamari and it was good. The calamari's breading was just right and seasoned well. Overall, we had a good experience.

I haven't been to Olive Garden since 2019, but this Olive Garden was the best one I went to. the food came so quickly and the waiter was the nicest person to serve us (Ashley), I will be coming again. The building was very cozy.

I An African American Got Racist Profiled All Item's And Order's That We're Heard Not Placed on My Ticket As If Me Being Black Me And My Husband Not Able To Afford Our Food The Waitress Heard All My Item's and yet still played as jokes like we wasn't going to pay we paid over 50$ worth and she made many mistakes and yet still was kind but this place was very shady towards my skin color Definitely want ever go again to this location FOOD WAS GREAT THOUGH SERVICE TERRIBLE
