I didnt know much about cooking. Old world kitchen has helped learn basic skills in cooking and how to shop for the food I need. I feel very good now. My boy friend really likes my food now.

I had a consultation with Jasmine Birlew, owner and operator of Old World Kitchen. What she had to say was quite informative. She is a believer in grains, as long as they're whole grains and you don't have celiac disease. She is also a believer in homemade meals that omit certain ingredients that are commonly found in foods in chain restaurants, and even items at the grocery store. Everything she speaks on is backed by scientific research/peer reviewed journals! I highly recommend working with her if you are looking for some guidance on truly healthy eating, (because a label says it's "healthy" doesn't mean it's healthy), or looking into more information on what you may already know, check out her Facebook page and set up a consultation. She works with people of all dietary backgrounds (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and meat eaters;) She is working on setting up webinars, and online consulting as well for those not living in Colorado.
