Dr. E, is an exceptional optometrist who provides top-notch eye care services with a personalized touch. His staff is both welcoming and professional. They have state-of-the-art equipment that pinpointed the health of my eyes which was what I wanted.

Dr. E took time to thoroughly assess and explain the health of my eyes and vision needs.

What a great find! I've been taking my kids and myself here for the last few years. Dr. Ngo is so upbeat and so thorough! She leaves no stone unturned! As odd as that sounds for an eye exam, I do see (no pun intended) how much thought and effort Dr. Ngo puts in to making sure we get the best and most accurate diagnosis. Even after 40 years of wearing spectacles, there were things I had not even heard of before--like prisms! Needless to say, this office stays abreast of all the newest innovations in optometry. It's been many years since I've been this excited to go in for my eye exams. The difference really is night and day here. As a bonus, they carry all of the best brands of eyeglass frames as well. I highly recommend Old Towne Optometry. It's quite a long drive for me to get here, but it really is worth it!

Dr. Elson and his staff are amazing! Very detailed and thorough. I pre selected some frames I liked online and the lady was very helpful when I arrived. She steered me to the section of frames and helped me pick some that fit perfectly. Their selection is awesome and they have lots of different brands and styles. All super trendy and beautiful!!! You will definitely find some great glasses there! I couldn't decided between 3 frames so we called in another girl at the front desk to help make the decision. I got my glasses a week later and I'm obsessed. The frames are so cute and I am actually excited to wear glasses now! Highly recommend!!!!

If you think eyes are important, you would be silly not to go to Old Towne Optometry. My 8 month old and 2 year old refuse to go to any other optometrist and I really can't blame them. The staff is great(and bonus *quite attractive*), the vibes of the place really can't be beat. Thanks OtO for keeping the windows to our soul in tip top shape!

I had a scheduled eye appointment/exam to check out my prescription. I walk in and was greeted by the front desk staff in a happy, professional manner. The optometrist was very thorough in ensuring that my eyes were getting the proper prescription. He was patient and went the extra mile to answer and address any and all questions/concerns I had. Definitely found my new optometrist!

Dr. Elson is kind, patient, and it's clear that he is incredibly good at his job, passionate about eye health, and making sure his patients are informed and receive the very best care.

The staff is also top-notch. Everyone was so sweet, and I had a blast choosing my new frames (with help from Zee) from the outstanding selection. I can't wait to get my new glasses.

I had the absolute best experience at Old Towne Optometry. I don't think I have ever had better care. I came in with a swollen and painful eye. I thought part of my contact was stuck in my eye, but I actually had an infection!

The doctors jumped right on it, putting in drops so they could diagnose the issue, and prescribing an antibiotic and put a healing lens on. They scheduled me the next day for a follow up, and prescribed a stronger antibiotic. The doctor called me that evening to check on me which was unexpected and much appreciated.

I came back in the following day (Friday) and things looked a little better, but the doc wanted to keep following it, so he came in to see me on Saturday, which is his day off. He had gone mountain biking and then headed to the office to make sure I was doing ok. What doctor does that? It was very very cool.

Its been almost a week since the infection began and it has mostly resolved. The doctors made the right call on how to treat it, and did an amazing job following up and making sure my eye was healing well. I am honestly blown away by the genuine kindness and dedication to healing this office shows. They truly care about your well-being and will go to great lengths to help you recover. I honestly give this optometrist and the entire office my highest recommendation and my sincerest thanks.

PS. Don't sleep in your disposable contacts... lol

Highly recommend. Been coming to Old Towne for 20 years. Been with several eye doctors over the years here. All have been very good or excellent. Facility is nice. Technology and equipment is okay. Parking can be a little tough. Great restaurants, library, and shopping across the street.

Receptionists are courteous and professional.

Chris does the intake and initial testing. He's been there for 25 years probably. Chris is there most valuable asset in my humble opinion. He has always helped me select my glasses, contacts, etc. And will always go above and beyond with customer service or to help adjust, fix, dial in, or make things right!!

I can't recommend this place enough! From the initial scheduling through the follow-up ordering of my contacts, I've experienced nothing but friendly, timely, and professional service. After being dissatisfied with my previous two optometrists, I began losing hope in my options for eye care. This place changed that for me. The staff is super sweet and Dr.Ngo was amazing. They go above and beyond for customer care. I'm so thankful I found them!
