Offering an old fashioned customer service where everyone knows your name, is what we are known for. Okie's Pharmacy has been rated Union County's favorite pharmacy year after year. We accept most insurance plans but are non-insured friendly with our low cash pricing. Free delivery can be arranged when there is a special need.

Rodney L.Knoxville, TN20187Apr 29, 2014First to ReviewThe pharmacy staff could be a little nicer to people with questions, but the front staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Especially the blonde lady that does the checkout.
They have, by far, the cheapest prices on prescriptions in the area. The drugstore shelf merchandise is too expensive, but they do carry many unique items.
