I used to work for Wells Fargo and I had faith in them at that point in time. I felt they were a good bank who put customers first. Today I went to the Lemoore Branch and I was told I could not be assisted in depositing my check as they had no tellers. I also cannot deposit my check online because the app says it is too much money. I asked if I could use the ATM and I was told I could try but there were no guarantees if it would work. It sucks but I think all the fines they had to pay are now starting to affect the customers. Needless to say I am at Navy Fed, and I'll be moving all of my accounts over. Hopefully I can still get my money out!

This particular branch for Wells Fargo is full of rude employees. Karen whom is a personal banker was rude, and down right disrespectful to me. I went in to close my 3 different accounts because I was being charged a service fee, for not using my account enough. I simply wanted to closed my accounts. Then, I was told I couldnt havey debit card back because they would destroy it.. which I had a problem with since in the past I have fallen victim to identity theft. I asked my I couldnt have it back and destroy it myself and Karen couldnt provide me with a good reason.. other than she was on a power trip. I asked to talk with her district manager who was called. The district manager agreed I could have my card but Karen had already taken it upon herself to "destroy" my card.. what Karen really did was cut the card into 5 piece. I wouldnt call that destroyed!! If you want better customer service i would recommend going ANYWHERE but this location. The bank isnt the problem, its the employees.. starting with Karen.
