There is no ocean view from here at all, despite the name. Still, this is a wonderful park for kids. There are couple play structures, grass area, restrooms, a large barbecue, and several picnic tables. We stopped by here to have a quick picnic lunch and ended up staying for couple hours because the kids wanted to run around and climb the play structures for a long time. There is not much shade, so do bring sunscreen. Also, try to sit far away from the barbecue grill because you will not want to socially distance from the food others are grilling...

This park is awesome! 3 play structures to meet the play needs of different age groups (big kid, little kid, and toddler). Clean equipment that works well. This may be our preferred park playground in Half Moon Bay!

They have three different play structures for three different age levels, enclosed area for the smaller players, and closed for the entire park, sand, restrooms, grassy area, barbecue, tables, benches, climbing structure, ... this place is great.

      Two of the three structures.

First of all the review from Madam A in 2011 is ridiculous. This park is in a gorgeous upscale neighborhood near a school. I have never seen teenagers lurking, much less drug deals. I think that is ridiculous. If it's true, then maybe it was some one-time occurrence but certainly not typical!

Secondly the park underwent a major overhaul in the last year and has been completely rebuilt! The whole community pitched in to buy a fantastic new play structure! It's wonderful!

There are also grills, picnic tables, bathroom facilities, plenty of parking and pretty landscaping.

This is definitely the high-end playground in HMB!

Love this park so much! They have a huge structure! Swings, big slides, picnic tables, a sand play area, grass for running. They also have a big climbing web. Great park for all ages as they also have a smaller tot structure too!

An awesome Park. Not very crowded, but easy parking, fun little structures, benches, BBQ. With 2 small kids, I'm a Bay Area park connoisseur, and this is better than Burton Park in San Carlos (far to crowded) and Central Park in San Mateo (a bit meh). The one at Coyote Point is great, but it's $6 to get in to. Ocean View is the family favorite, but you have to be conscious of the traffic jam on the 92 to Half Moon Bay when the weather is good.

Great park. The structure is huge and there's even an area for little kids. The bathroom is really gross though so I recommend not using it. Overall it's a great family park. There's tables, a field, sandpit, and a bit more.

This is the place to be and be seen with your tot in Half Moon Bay. Ocean View Park has swings for babies and bigger kids. It has 3 play structures and offers 4 slides. It has a grass area, picnic tables and a sand box. Woof, yes. So bundle up,and head out to the playground.
