Wow, I'm so impressed by this place! Yesterday, my car battery died and I had it jumped and got moving. Once I was moving, I only made it down the street before all power failed in my car and I had to coast to a stop. It is to my great luck and joy that I coasted to a stop in the parking lot of Oak Knoll Automotive.

When I walked in, I was greeted by Bobby, who spoke to me like I was his friend and communicated clearly what he thought the issue might be, how long it would take and approximate cost. There were techs buzzing around the bays hard at work, so instead of making me wait forever, Bobby went out and took a look at my car himself and got it into the garage out of the 100+ heat. I ended up spending a couple hours in the waiting room (which was thoughtfully decorated and had plenty to read or watch) before Bobby told me they needed to keep the car overnight.

This morning, I got a call from Bobby first thing where he told me the plan for the day and when I should expect to hear back from him. Like clockwork, he called me back to let me know my car was ready and gave me a price breakdown of the repair work done.

All-in-all, this place was wildly helpful, communicated clearly about the work done, and priced fairly. Going into an auto shop as a woman by yourself can be intimidating, but this shop defies that expectation and rises to make for a terrific experience for all. I would recommend this place to my friends and family any day!

We've brought our cars to Bobby and the team at Oak Knoll for the past six years. They've taken such good care of us with several different kinds of vehicles (sedans, trucks, and SUVs) and many car manufacturers (Lexus, Kia, Ford, Chrysler, Hyundai and Dodge.) I highly recommend them! They're trustworthy, do excellent work, and offer excellent service.

This place is great! I've brought my car here a couple of times and they've always been super friendly and honest. This last time I had my car towed here after they had closed for the day - they called me at 8:30 the next morning to let me know what was wrong and my car was ready by 12:30 that day. Highly recommend!

This place is great! I got a flat tire and they put my spare on for me super quickly and did it at no cost! Great customer service and great employees.

I am looking for someone to repair one of my old vehicle. To find reputable mechanics is a tough task. Oak Knoll automotive is right in my neighborhood. I drove by many times. Because it is very convenient, I decided to give it a try. And I am glad I did. The owner, Bobby is very helpful and knowledgeable about repair, and he is also very trustworthy(this is hard to find sometimes). My old car is now back to running, and it didn't break my wallet, which is good thing. The charge is very fair, will definitely use them again!

Came in for an oil changed and was out before I knew it. I was waiting no longer than 15-20 minutes. I wasn't asked a bunch of questions or needed more added on, I was in and out. I'm definitely coming back!

Would definitely go back. I had AC issues in a 2000 Ford Expedition. Bobby remembered me from my call, and was able to get me in right away. They were able to take my vehicle in around 10 a.m. and have everything finished the same day before 6 p.m. Fair pricing and nice people. Will return. Plus, their work is guaranteed for 2 years.

I dropped my car off this morning at 8 AM with Bobby. I was greeted right as I walked in. I explained that I called ahead last week about an oil change, inspection and brake job. He remembered and took down a bit of my contact information and told me the job would definitely be done same day. About 20 minutes later, he called me to run the cost by me before proceeding (less expensive than a recent brake job somewhere else)...and I was able to pick up my car at 11:45! He was courteous and polite and a pleasure to do business with!
