The two times I went, my wait was over an hour each time. He pressured me into doing a bunch of blood work and tests during a routine physical, which ended up costing me a fortune. During my first visit he told me I would need to come back in a month to go over the results. When I came in a month later, he seemed to not remember me at all nor have anything to go over with me - so another wasted amount of money and time.
The thing that stood out to me above all, was his lack of sincerity in your well-being and compassion. Sort of got that vibe from the doctor in the Requiem for a Dream movie...little eye contact, in and out - more time spent alone waiting than in front of him.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Fred F.Wolf Creek, Dallas, TX05Apr 5, 2021
Well, Dr Gulati has doctored my wife for 6 plus years but since COVID the doctor is plain running scared to see patients! My wife has mixed tissue connection disease. Has misdiagnosed on countless times only to find my wife in the ER. I could go on and on many examples. But is it! After viewing behind a I pad he declares her urine clean...calls an hour later says nothing is wrong with you...wife ask, how could you tell that everything was good, he responds I LOOKED at it! What? Your talking to a lady that has had kidney failure!
Oh, it don't stop! My mom was a patient of his, key word WAS! She passed away under his care. Out the blue hospice shows up at our door unbeknownst to us he sent her they're way without letting us know ANYTHING was major wrong w her! We were told congestive heart failure and dementia something we have never heard from Dr Gulati! Never! Still torn to pieces over the loss of my mother in SIX WEEKS!! Please think twice before going to this doctor or letting your love one go! Staff and jr Doctors great but not the little man behind the iPad just in the other room!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John S.Tomball, TX05Apr 15, 2019
Dr Gulati has been my Dr for over 10 years. I am changing my primary care physician immediately. Wellmed has taken over management of the office. In the past I have gotten an appointment within 48 hours. Today I called seeking an urgent appointment due to a severe allergic reaction to poison ivy. I was told any doctor at the office or a pa could see me in June, eight weeks from today. No exception. Unbelievable.

Dr Gulati is my parent's primary care physician. I've taken my parents to see him 3 times. I can honestly say I think he truly cares about his patients... his staff worked my father in to see him, even though he stays very very busy and had no appointment. It only took 10 minutes of effort (he ended up needing referral to a specialist) but I appreciate that he would take the effort so we could follow up more quickly. My father has demensia, so my mom & siblings are happy that hes in the hands of a capable doctor & compassionate staff.

Dr. Gulati is GREAT - unfortunately the staff is not. I have placed numerous calls to follow up on prescriptions, referrals, etc. NO REPLY!! The waits are long, the staff is rude when you call...VERY DISAPPOINTING - I have been a patient here (until now) for 15 yrs - too bad I have to switch to a new doctor because of the staff!
