Nova Fix

I've been going to Nova Fix for more than 10 years. They aren't always the very lowest estimate but their prices are competitive and the quality of the work is excellent. Nova Fix has repaired several phones and tablets for me over the years from Blackberry, Nokia, Samsung, and Apple. They have repaired broken screens and camera lenses, and fixed issues with antennas, keyboards, audio, touch screens, battery life, etc. Service by certified knowledgeable technicians is fast and perfectly executed. Apple even replaced a device under warranty (after I dropped my phone in the lake) after I had a screen replaced by Nova Fix. (That would have voided the warranty if they could tell it was replaced.)
Most recently one of my rear camera lenses cracked. After spending almost 3 hours at Apple Genius Bar, they told me it would cost $499 to repair. Nova Fix repaired it for $50 in about 40 minutes.
No need to look any further. Absolutely highly recommend Nova Fix for any device repair needs.

I been going to Nova Fix for years every since they opened and I love this place! When you walk in there is always someone sitting there ready to greet and help you. They repairs are the best price in the area and they are FAST!
AT&T sent me to Ubreakifix by Asurion and it was a terrible experience.
I will remain loyal to Nova Fix. The only way I will try a new spot is if my insurance sends me there but I would not expect the same service I receive at Nova!!!!

Easy communication and accurate estimate through yelp messaging, luckily he wad exactly what was needed to fix the issue and instead of the 4-5 business day estimates we were getting, we got our laptop in great working condition in 2 hours. Highly recommend

Fixed the back broken glass of my iphone 12 within an hour and change. I originally called around 1pm and the owner explained he didn't have the part in stock but could have it soon (aka tomorrow). I explained i was trying to get it fixed same day due to travel arrangements, and not only did he manage to find the part, go pick it up, and fix my phone within two hours - but also did it all with incredible grace and a very fair price! incredibly happy with the service.

I have been trusting Nova Fix with my devices since 2019. My wife, son and I have had multiple repairs completed by the team at Nova Fix.

Okay, I usually do not leave yelp reviews, but I believe it is in the best for humanity if I share my experience so that others do not have to struggle and waste time and money, as I have. It all started when I broke my iPhone X screen 6 months ago. I looked to yelp/ other reviews to make my decision and thought this place was alright, with an okay price. It was close, seemed legit, right? I was wrong.

First time I came in, an individual behind the counter said to come back in 30 minutes. I waited at the coffee shop across the street and when I came back, my cracked phone screen was replaced. I looked at my phone, and it seemed dull. I turned up the brightness, still dull. I should have known then. Complaining makes me anxious so I was like uh thank you and left. I then got home and looked at it more, there was GLUE around the phone, and i peeled some off. There was a space between the screen and the rest of my phone, I could press down and the space would close, and then I would let go and it would bounce back. Bad. I knew at this point something was wrong for sure. I'm super busy so I left it.

A day passes, the screen starts glitching. I take time out of my busy schedule to GO BACK. a different individual is there this time. he tries to charge me $120 AGAIN to get another phone fix. I say absolutely fucking not. they replace it again. lo and fucking behold, it glitches again. i go to a different place and they say that whoever fixed my phone 1) did it poorly 2) used super cheap materials and 3) damaged my phone. i pay AGAIN to have my phone fixed somewhere else.

TLDR; if you want your phone fixed, go somewhere else, and save the two trips and arguments that I had.

Great work and professional. Highly skilled repairs on my big iPad! Took my big iPad Pro 12.9 1st generation to get the lightening port replaced years ago. They held it and micro-soldiered the lightning port back on correctly. Awesome fix! Came back a few days ago and requested 1) new battery 2) fix the broken front camera (just black screen). I put down a deposit, 2 days later they called with the part in stock, dropped off the iPad. He repaired (micro-soldiered) the front camera (didn't need to be replaced) and got a new battery in a few hours. Awesome job! Recommend!

Nova Fix provided a quick response to my Yelp request for a quote. Received a reasonable quote after describing the problem. I had already received a ridiculous quote from another vendor without any requests for information. My phone was prepared in under an hour and less than estimate. Reasonable and honest!
