So disappointed in this place that I trusted to keep my stuff safely stored for a year and a half. Somehow water got into the unit along the back wall and soaked through boxes of my vintage books, destroying them with water and mold. Not only that, but the crappy insurance doesn't cover water damage. They deny there was any water leakage into the unit despite pictures showing sagging drywall. I may not be a genius but I'm pretty sure that books don't just spontaneously become incontinent from some inner hidden fluid source. Feel sorry for whoever rents the unit after me.
Won't ever use NW Storage again. They don't care about your stuff, just collecting your money month after month.

The Property Manager: Tyller is a great asset to the company & you can tell he loves helping people and is always very up front and communicative throughout the whole process.

Called to inquire about a storage unit for a couple months till I could move into my apartment and the lady who answered was rude and didnt want to answer my questions. She sounded distracted. Very unprofessional.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!! We stored our trailer here and in the last year had our propane tanks stolen, batteries stolen and trailer broken into. I called to discontinue our service for the following month and moved the trailer to another facility only to have them auto withdraw the next months payment from our banking account!!! I called again and they deny that I mentioned moving our trailer!! So...No Refund!! People need to be warned of this place!!! DON'T USE IT!!
