Whatever you could possibly want in a neighborhood Pharmacy . . . this is it. Northfield Pharmacy has helped my family through the worst of times (cancer & Alzheimer's). It does not matter who answers the phone, they are universally friendly, professional and caring. There is not a time when they are too busy to listen and they genuinely empathize. There might be a Pharmacy somewhere that is as good, but none are better. I will never be able to thank these gentle-beings enough for their support.

The nicest people on earth work here. The smartest in their feild of Healthcare. In so many ways. The best way to find a referral of specialty physicians.

Excellent knowledge able and kind staff, Marvin and Chris pharmacists lead. My patients are so delighted with all contact, also reporting being called if they posed question needing investigation. They also appreciate how staff looks out for the, eg insurance authorizations etc. All these personal services is why no chain pharmacy can compete.

Step back in time for good old old-fashioned pleasant service - as well as a willingness to navigate the incredibly complex ever changing medication insurances! Reliable and prompt deliveries when needed.

The staff at Northfield Pharmacy has been incredible with my mother. Being a senior they are on top of all of her medication needs. They have also started doing "pill packs" for us so we no longer need to sort through the pills or worry that my mom isn't taken the proper medication. Delivery is super fast & they really do a great job.

Northfield Pharmacy reminds me of the pharmacy my family used back in the 60's, 70's and 80's while growing up in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. The pharmacist like Marvin always greeted his customers by their first name with a smile. I feel fortunate that we have a pharmacist like Marvin as well as, his other pharmacist on his staff. I know Marvin takes pride in whom he hires to to represent his establishment. That includes his support staff and deliver driver. I have sense of comfort knowing that if I have a question or problem with a medication either Marvin or another pharmacist on his staff will provide me with a knowledgeable answer or resolution.

I have been a customer of Northfield Pharmacy for the past 19 years and felt the need to express my gratitude.

Marvin Goldstein, RPh, is a gem, a real old-timer, friendly, and caring. Look for him, because he has a partner who I don't know so I can't say anything about. The store is clean and bright also. Parking in back.

HORROR! TERRIBLE SERVICE NASTY ATTITUDE! We dealt with northfield pharmacy for several years and we encountered a problem with a prescription and they refused to make good on it. I had tried to refill a prescription and the doctor had stated i needed to come in so he put in a 5 pill refill temporarily until i saw him and then i would refill the normal 30 pill refill after i saw him. They charged me $25 for the 5 pill refill when i questioned why so much they said the next refill would be prorated for 30 days and it would be only a few dollars. Well i refilled the full 30 days and they said $25 I said i just paid $25 for 5 pills i was told it would be prorated. They said a prescription is same amount whether it is 2 pills or 60 pills I told them it doesnt make sense I want to speak to the manager Marvin, he was nasty and rude I said this is how you treat business and said he has plenty of business and hung up. I switched and never looked back I also have several friends who dealt with him and they also said he is rude and arrogant and has terrible attitude. Just because your place has been around for 40 years doesnt mean you own the town.
