Went here on a Sunday afternoon, cold and snowy, and had the best time ever
Atmosphere is relaxed, and the employees are very courteous and helpful
Had an amazing time played the slots and didn't want to leave lol

Next time I am up in that area I will definitely be back

My favorite bar on the reservation, the staff are pretty cool, the food is decent comparable to jitter bugs. I've only won here a few times, but it seems like a pretty nice place to chill and gamble. They offer bingo and free play and match play so that's a plus, if you want to get out of the house and grab a drink, maybe gamble couple bucks. This is definitely the spot to go check out.

When we walked in the door, after driving 1 1/2 hours to play Craps...website shows 5 tables, we were very disappointed to find out, "The website is old...we don't have table games anymore". The place was filthy...cigarette ashes in every nook and cranny, finger prints and filth on every machine, if you dare to eat at this place (one of our group did...be ready to wait an hour for a burger). Terrible service from start to finish. I had to walk up to the bar to get a drink 4 out of 5 times. I truly wonder if any customer service training was offered to anyone (including the "manager"), who actually told my husband and I to move (we were sitting next to our friends chatting while they finished up on a machine) and were told that someone might want to play the machines we were at (who, the employees who kept sitting down "mid shift" to throw money in the machines that people left?!?)...and that we should move into the lounge (I can't for the life of me even figure where this was at, he may have been referring to the cafeteria like area around the bar). We had spent the last 3 hours gambling $350 and he didn't want us sitting for 5 minutes talking, when there were maybe 25 people (15 cars in the parking lot on a Saturday night) in the ENTIRE place. We also had the privilege of overhearing the harassment a Canadian couple got when they won $1400. They had to show 2 forms of ID and fill out all this paperwork. They were truly being dragged over the coals to actually cash in. We decided to go sit in the car and our friends joined quickly after us.....NEVER AGAIN!...and DO NOT...under any circumstance think of spending the night in the "NEW" hotel portion (the filth that surrounded the casino, and the same staff....I can't imagine when or if the sheets are ever cleaned).
