The tech did a great job, was on time and fixed it right up with a good explanation of what happened.

What a great company! Our garage door wouldn't go all the way down and just kept coming back up. I usually rely on my boyfriend to fix this sort of thing and wound up calling this company and they walked me through step by step on how to fix it and it worked!

If anything to were go totally wrong I would for sure call this company as they are very fair and extremely helpful!

When I stopped into Northern Door late last week, Norine the owner and primary customer service person was working with a couple already.

I quietly waited in the lobby's sitting area for them to finish, but was able to overhear most of the conversation because the garage door display they were working with was not far from where I was sitting. The couple's issue was that 1 of the 2 doors on their garage was broken, and needed to be replaced, but the couple had no idea what size their door actually was.

I was really impressed with the way she helped them. The couple had already spoken with multiple garage door businesses, and another manufacturer that had not been able to solve their problem. Norine did that for them--without sending them home to re-measure.

Even though a sale was not at all immediately obvious, she took time to focus on them and give them what they needed. Most of the time I see situations like that, it's "on to the next one," and that would have been especially easy with me sitting in the lobby so obviously waiting to speak to her.

When they were finished, I got the same great service I'd witnessed. I didn't have a major project for her, just a simple question pertaining to an inexpensive garage door opener. The size of my project obviously did not matter to her. I felt valued, and got exactly what I needed too. Thanks!

Northern Door Company did a great job repairing the broken springs on our garage door. They were able to come out the same day we called. The technician explained what needed to be done. He fixed our door and recommended how to keep it in great working condition. The cost was great. I would highly recommend them for new doors, service and repair.

I have to join in with so many others and say "What a great company!" In the cold weather, my door had quit responding to my remote. When I called to have someone come out, the fellow gave me some tips over the phone, some things to check, clean the electric eye etc. Well, it all worked. I am really impressed. His advice saved me a lot of money. I think other places would have come out, spent ten minutes on it and charged me a lot. Thanks! I'm retired and don't need any extra expenses like this!

I had planned to use these guys for repair of my garage door. Imagine my pleasant surprise when they told me how to fix the problem with my door for free over the phone! I'm now a customer for life. Nice job!

Highly recommend Northern Door!!! When I first called them to see how much it would cost to have someone come out to fix my door, they asked me about the problems I was having and troubleshooted with me how to fix it! (I had called 7 other places prior to this, and no one had been this helpful). They told me how much it would cost to replace the parts, and said they had the parts in stock. I have no repair skills whatsoever, so I scheduled a person to come out. John saw the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He was also very professional and courteous. Also, the job cost exactly what they estimated to me on the phone. DEFINITELY call this company for garage door servicing!!

Had a garage door remote that stopped working. We bought a replacement remote on-line which stated it would work for all brands of garage openers. We could not get it programmed correctly. Contacted Northern Garage Door and explained our situation. He stated when they come out for the service, they will try our remote we purchased first, but will have other remotes on their truck on stand-by. The gentleman that arrived was able to use the remote we purchased and also replaced a bad garage door wheel and oiled the garage door opener.

Remote works great and the door opens more quietly now. Thanks for the great service!
