This is a typical KOA campground where you are on top of the people next to you and overall have very little privacy. It looks like a ton of trees have been cut down due to beetle kill. There are a few sites on the outside of the outside loop that can afford you some privacy if you set up your trailer to block the rest of the campsite. We stayed in a cabin for $60/night and it was convenient to not have to setup a tent for a one night stay however the mattress condensed so much beneath us that it was a miserable night sleep for both of us. The bathrooms were clean enough and convenient to the cabins. The office had a small general store with a few camping supplies, like stuff for s-mores!
After being in the area though we discovered a bunch of other campsites where I would prefer to stay instead of the KOA. I don't have a trailer so I can't relate that experience other than second hand. I heard complaints about the sites not being very level, the connections hard to use, etc... lots of grumbling.
If you are going to stay in a cabin, take a look at the Yurts and Cottages dotted around the area for a unique experience.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
