I don't know why this place does not have more stars. My husband had the general tso, chicken lo mein and crab sticks. I had the sesame chicken with pork lo mein and egg rolls. The food was so fresh, very little grease and so tasty! I highly recommend this please to anyone nearby it's worth the price!

This was our favorite restaurant for Chinese food. One of just two in the area that has shrimp toast.
Apparently, it is under new ownership. The new owners have a lot to learn! The egg drop soup had no flavor, my husband's dinner came out lukewarm, greasy and with practically no flavor. The shrimp toast was the worst! Burnt on the outside, grease soaked and, raw in the middle! It tells me that their oil is dirty, they're dropping the temperature to reduce the smoke from the dirty oil causing greasy, undercooked shrimp & egg in the middle and the dark, burnt outside. Clean your fryer and change the oil! Regularly. Not sure if we'll give them a second chance.

Shrimp toast, burnt on the outside, raw on the inside.

Well, where do I start. I honestly don't write reviews and I'm mostly just a go to it and grab it guy.If you're honestly looking for a 2.0 star Chinese spot where the food is moderately decent and shitty costumer service then this is the place to go and if you like a little bias with race too lol. I sat down and ordered my food , mind you ITS NOT horrible but you could definitely get a bang for your buck somewhere else like peacock maybe. Small ass bowl of rice, found some weird unexplainable black particle, ordered the chips and duck sauce and the chips were Fritos style lol. So again, You get what you pay for lol and if you're white trust me it's even better my friend (not saying their racist or anything maybe but they consistently asked them if everything is okay)

Food wasn't bad but crab Rangoons were completely hollow not to mention they have Corona signs and signs that say cocktails but don't serve any alcohol at all.

We ordered delivery tonight - pork fried rice, moo goo gai pan, steamed dumplings and pork lo mein. Delivery was great and on-time. The pork-fried rice was tasty, but the rice was underdone - had a little crunch to it. The steamed dumplings had a thick, dry pasty dough wrapper, I would have expected something thiner and tender. We didn't eat that part - the filling was good, though. The moo goo gai pan was ok, but pretty flavorless - but I loved the huge fresh mushrooms in it. The pork lo mein was good.

Limited selection in their combo meals- none of the dinner meals have lo mein as their "main side" or even as a substitute option (which don't exist). I ordered the meal #9 which is (4) goldfingers, boneless ribs, (2) beef teriyaki, and pork fried rice. The goldfingers weren't too bad. The boneless ribs were fatty, dry, and cooked in a heavy peanut oil giving them a flavor that was off. The beef teriyaki were smaller than most places, but had a decent teriyaki flavor to them. The fried rice was slightly bland. I also ordered a quart of chicken lo mein which had more of a buttered noodle flavor than a lo mein flavor. Definitely not the best I've ever had or even worth it locally as there are better places around, but I figured I'd give them a try as I have not eaten there yet. The prices were high considering I paid over $30 for this meal & quart of lo mein.

Bring back the old owners. This place has gone downhill faster than an Olympic skier. Used to frequent this place weekly. Now, Ive given it 5 more tries and each time it is worse. Rice is soggy, ribs (which used to be great are blah) My boss says samething we are trying to find a new chinese place. Hate to say Ichabon is better than here and I would have ever said that

Always good food. I see mentions of delivery here, but in all the years I've been coming here, they've never had delivery?? Only dine in and carryout.
Anyway, the beef and broccoli is always great. I wish there was a bit less stem on the broccoli but that's just my preference. The chicken fingers are always perfectly crisp, the boneless spare ribs are moist and never overcooked, and the pork fried rice is great no matter how you eat it.
The crab rangoons taste soooo good, I just wish there was a little more filling. But that's nothing major. I've been to many chinese food places, spanning from Hampton beach to Princeton NJ, and none of them come close to being as good as North China.

PS I always mean to take pics of my food, but I swear I'm ravenous every time I get food here.
