Nor Cross Service Station

If there is 0 star then that would for this station. We came on Saturday to have oil change. The guy wanted to force us to have other services. We rejected his offer. At the end of the oil change he claimed that they put more than 5qts oil therefore the price had to be $10 more. Come on, was this the way you rip off the customer? The service station is not honest business at all. Pls don't go there.

If you enjoy being overcharged for services, then this is the place for you. They charged $79.95 for an oil change on a Honda Civic. This is double what a nearby service station charged for the same car within this past year.

Excellent service! Been here before with minor repairs, and his guys always seem to be really upfront with pricing, etc. Got me in and out in no time when I was just to walk-in for a flat tire. Always super friendly, and I like that the manager and the team have been here for a long time. I recommend yes please if you are local, or if you are in a pinch!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Singh at Norcross this morning. He actually read the review and was concerned about his business and the treatment of his customers. Thank you Singh. You restored at least some faith in people as a whole. I just thought fair is fair. If I am going to let you know about the bad you should know about the good also.

I went in 8/1/14 for an oil change and transmission fluid/filter change. I had a Firestone coupon I was hoping they would cross honor because I have used them before and wanted to give them the business. I was told by the manager (who was 15 minutes late to open the store) "You are better off going somewhere else." I was willing to let this go and even pay the extra for the oil change because I like their mechanic. I inquired about a tire rotation and he indicated they would charge an additional $30 to rotate my tires front to back (even if they had the car up for an oil change anyway) I asked if he was serious and he said, "Yes, you know tires are heavy" and again indicated I should go elsewhere.

It must be nice to have so much business you can treat people poorly and tell them you are not interested in their patronage. This is the same company that calls me to let me know my maintenance issues are coming up and asking me to bring the car in for service at their location. Hmmmmmm.....makes ya think.

Anyway....I won't be going back here and I suggest you don't either. My experience and my opinion.

Received very poor service. Front desk is not courteous and the technicians are not experienced. They don't show the skills in identifying or resolving the problems. Charges are at least 30% higher compared to other service stations.
