Just downloaded yelp because I have to give my support for my favorite restaurant. This Noodles & Company makes some of the most delicious food I have ever eaten in my entire life. Seriously, I know I probably sound crazy, but they know how to get it done here. Incredible service too, I was helped by two workers named Ryan and Mara who were incredible. I love the three floors, it gives the restaurant a very unique feel.

We ordered food for 30+ people for a working lunch at a meeting. Everyone ordered a week ahead on line and it was all individually packed. All orders were correct. I got the chicken Alfredo. Tasty!

Great location on State St. In an old building in the corner. You can sit by the windows on street level or head upstairs. There's a lot more seating up there. Get a table in the apex corner and get a view of State St. Nice hangout for college kids.
The is predictably good. I especially like the spicy peanut sauce dishes. There scampi style seafood dishes are also satisfying. The pot stickers are tasty, especially in the spicy soy sauce. They also have a zucchini noodles are very good, maybe a bit al delete at times.
Take a number and they'll bring the food to you. Although the girl taking our order was obviously having 'a bad day', the other staff members were very polite e and helpful in getting us whatever we needed.
I would definitely return and try other dinner combinations. I like their food. Oh, by the way, their big blocks of Rice Krispie treats are awesome.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Morgan F.Madison, WI5455124Nov 24, 2021
The service I experienced at this location was really great. I put in a mobile order for pickup and it was ready in about 15 minutes. Today I ordered the penne rosa with parmesan crusted chicken, a baguette, and a rice crispy. Shockingly, the baguette is what stood out most to me in this meal. It was served hot and fresh and it had really good flavor. I was very impressed that it came from a chain pasta restaurant. The penne rosa is always pretty consistent and I had no complaints there. I love that the sauce has a little bit of a kick to it. The parmesan crusted chicken is what dropped my rating down to four stars, because it was pounded much too thin and the parmesan crust kept falling off of the chicken. I'm not sure why they insist on beating their chicken to a pulp, but it unfortunately led to the chicken being pretty tough and dry. On the bright side, the rice crispy was buttery and delicious. I will definitely be visiting this location again in the future, but I'm going to skip the chicken and I suggest you do too.

Slow service, added chicken to vegetarian dish, then proceeded to ask me to "just pick it out" and had lots of sass and was fighting me on it when they messed up the order. Manager then also had bad attitude after he had to fix the order.

My friends and I recently visited this location and were immensely disappointed. The employees were not attentive and somehow misplaced my friends order, causing us to wait around 40 minutes for a simple pesto pasta. She had checked and asked numerous times on the status of her order, but was brushed off by the staff. There was no compensation for our troubles and not even a fork in her bag. Do better Noodles & Company.

This location has a mulit-level layout. The ordering process was relatively fast but the preparation of the food was slower than typical for a Noodles & Company. The quality of the food was consistent with other locations. The dining area was a bit filthy and tables were cleaned.

I recently ate at this Noodles location before a concert at the Orpheum.
Pros:
- The cashier at the front greeted us and was friendly. I like warm greetings when I enter establishments!
- Cute, multi-level layout as this restaurant is situated in an old building on a corner.
- Food was very tasty. I ordered buttered noodles with tofu, and my husband ate spaghetti and meatballs.
- I hadn't eaten tofu at a Noodles restaurant before. It was actually incredible! The seasoning and sear on the tofu was excellent.
- Good people-watching on State Street when sitting by a window.
Cons:
- The restaurant overall is just dirty. I didn't get the impression that the restaurant was short-staffed, so I'm not sure why the restaurant seemed gross. On a side note, I also mentioned a concern about cleanliness in my Yelp review of the Noodles location near West Towne Mall.
- Examples of the lack of cleanliness include: Old dishes/food sitting on tables for nearly 30 minutes, unkempt floors requiring sweeping and vacuuming, and a big puddle of something on the floor between the bathroom door and the kitchen with no "caution/wet floor" sign placed at the puddle.
While there was nothing terrible about my experience here, the cleanliness issue will likely make me avoid a return visit. Plus, State Street has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants, so I'd rather check out a new restaurant on State than go back to this Noodles location.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike K.Mankato, MN02May 15, 2022
No cashier. Must download app. So, I download app. Selected "use current location." Make order and enter credit card number. In 5G zone, but it takes 90 seconds for my payment to process. Wait for order. Never shows. Talk to store employee. The order we t to the Noodles 3 mile away. Awful experience.
