The facility is clean. The staff is nice and professional.they offer great services but some of them are. a bit pricey only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Only use the float chamber, but I really enjoy it! After a bike ride is great time to detox or a really productive yoga session.

Went in for the float tank and was disappointed. The lights inside the tank don't turn off. The water would get hot then cold over and over. The shower never gets warm and is icy cold and you are required to shower before getting in. The tank has a low lid and it gets super humid and stale air inside because the vents don't work. Every 20 minutes I had to open the lid because it's suffocating. The place is clean but it's not worth it.

Hello there! Sorry for the late response.. We did tell you ahead of time that our hot water heater was being replaced that very day and we also told you that the lights don’t go off due to an issue we were having with our remote control. Both were temporary situations, and were fixed that same week. We wish you had told us you were unhappy. We did try to mention these issues that day to everyone well in advance. Many people enjoy the lights in the float and so didn’t mind them. Please give us a call and allow us the chance to fix your experience.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL USING THEM FOR MEDICAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE OR MASSAGES!!!!
I am 3 weeks post op from a tummy tuck, 360 lipo and BBL. They never asked me what procedures I had done. I went in for a one time 30 min massage which was only done with cavitation no manual massage at all.. that service was $75 which I tipped 15%.
I give the lady at the front my credit card and she charged my card for a package on some Cryotherapy and Osauna therapy that I did not approve and to which my doctor stated that those procedures can not be done when patients have a tummy tuck or fat transfer being post op only 3 weeks. They charged my card for $2500 with 15% tip . None of the procedures were done .... Now that I've called the office and went over to talk to someone they are telling me the business NEVER REFUND anyone and they don't give out owner's name or info... Shady for business.
Sorry but this is not good for business especially when services we not rendered... I will be getting my money back even if I have to file a claim. This is not okay. Nobody ever talked and describe any treatment to me. ... This is not Lymphatic Massages for post op patients. Ask your doctor before you commit to paying and know they won't refund your money or any deposit that they ask for over the phone before you see them. Ma’am. Everything was not only explained to you but was also written down for you. Your receipt stated cryoskin and had one price because we were giving you a lot of extras. Half the services you are complaining about were things that you were not charged for.
You received manual lymphatic drainage from a master level therapist and we assessed at that time that you were ready to start including body sculpting, as you were not using your bbl pillow anymore. You stated that your doctor also agreed. On your intake form you stated exactly what you had done and we also consulted about that.
We have over 15 years experience master level.
Also- we NEVER fill out your tip info. You literally filled it out yourself and left us a generous tip- AFTER we booked your sessions for the upcoming week.
No cavitation was ever done on you, nor did we ever plan to use it on you. You were extremely happy with service rendered, booked and paid for your plan which also included 9 additional lymphatic drainage sessions.
On all paperwork you signed and agreed to our cancellation policy and all sales are final. It’s also on our receipt which was sent to you twice.
We have many return customers (including some celebrities!) because not only are we excellent at what we do- but we get results.
It is your responsibility to read what you sign. You came in for the sessions you scheduled and decided to leave after a few minutes (and we have you on camera) of being irrational and not wanting to work anything out. You could have called the day prior and let us know that your doctor changed his mind- but you did not do that.
I called you back and you are upset because you were not given my personal phone number..?
We try to accommodate everyone within reason and unfortunately can’t help everyone. Whenever you are ready to resume your sessions, we are here. But we do not give refunds. We can exchange for other services or you can gift it to someone else. Or you can calm down and do the sessions you scheduled, signed for, and tipped for.
In fact- my employee that was going to do your sessions also worked for you at your restaurant! She was excited to work with you and came in early to accommodate you and you left within minutes, without even talking to her. I still have to pay her for her time. That is why we have our cancellation policy.
Hopefully you will have a better day!
P.S. - We also have you on camera as we explained and wrote everything down for you and stated the cost of your package clearly. You filled out your tip info and signed YOURSELF. We did not do that for you and we have you on camera. - Jessica R.Tacoma, WA09Oct 10, 2023
Not professional, very scammy. I called looking for more information on their colonics, described my current medical conditions, asked if it could help, the tech said yes. They were going to set me up with a same day apt, but needed me to talk to one of their nurses to pay $54 for a RX for the colonic, that I could not take with me, but could only use for 6 months at their facility. They made me pay for the $54 RX and a $50 deposit, total of $104 before even walking in the door. I logged onto the zoom link with the nurse, who didn't even show her face, so a phone call would have been sufficient, to learn that I was not eligible for the apt due to my health history. The same history I told the tech about. I asked for a refund for the full $104, the nurse agreed. I called the front desk back, explained the situation, she agreed to process the refund as well. Then I get a call back from the tech who tries to bully me into a $50 refund and that I had to pay for the zoom apt that lasted all of 30 seconds and no RX was even written because I wasn't "eligible". After much back and forth the full refund was given back to me. So much hassle for an apt that never even happened. I wouldn't waste your time at this place. Find a better place that is more trustworthy and not just looking to cash in on you.

The person who booked your appointment may have missed your contraindication, but when you filled out the intake form afterwards, it clearly stated not to proceed if you have any of the contraindications.
We were confused why you proceeded with the consultation. The contraindications are stated for your safety.
We are sorry that you were unable to do the service and were upset- but you were refunded in full. Booking an appointment over the phone is not a good faith exam with the NP.

The ambiance and warmth when you walk in is very soothing. I was greeted right away and Ann took me back to the treatment room. My appointment was for ear candling as I had been having issues with not being able to clear my ears for a few months. Detoxity uses two candles per ear and performs lymphatic massage after the candling. Ann was very professional and friendly. After we finished she showed me what the ear candling had produced. After my service was complete she gave me a tour of their facility which was very nice and they offer some different services that your typical spa does not.

This was the first time I tried this method for colonics and there could have been more attentive instruction. I felt like the attitude as a bit casual for a first timer...not that anyone was rude or unhelpful. It was ok but I am not sure I would go back for another treatment

Our apologies if you felt we weren’t as helpful as we could have been. There is a bell to ring us if you need any additional help between when we check in every 10 minutes; so if we didn’t hear the bell, we assumed you were having a good session in between those times. Your feedback helps us to know any areas where we may improve.
We have recently upgraded our spa, services and amenities. If you ever are back visiting the Houston area, we would love to have you again!
