I had a broken/stuck lock on my Anderson Hitch. My rep at Anderson told me to go here for they were an authorized dealer. When I first arrived they had multiple employees running around working. I was helped in a somewhat timely manner. Eventually after discussing what I needed with a sales women she checked with service and they wanted to charge me $69.00 to remove the hitch. See, the lock on my hitch was jammed, or I just wasn't strong enough to remove it. Well, I said that was way to much, they had not even looked at what seemed like a simple repair. I offered to pay $40 if they could even remove the lock.
The manager walked out with me and was able to remove it in 3 seconds. He was extremely friendly and happy to help. I understand businesses are in business to make money but he didn't charge me. Paying attention to details! Sold me a spare with 6 lugs not 5having a flat and needing to go buy a new tire. It never ends. My seals are already falling apart this trailer was worse than Covid and all the lies sold

I was never given paperwork, etc. When I finally got the paperwork there was no account number or financial information. I sat on M&T bank only to find out my name was no where on the loan. Gander financed this unit in the co- sign name only. I was unable to make payments get account information or help my credit. My father helped me and if he passes away without chasnging his will, I will have to go through the courts to get access to a RV I now live in full time. I also have had loose toliet seat, Bowed Fridge door that has now froze ove rand entire unti no longer works, Master bedroom door is broken, Hideaway master storage broken, AC unit poured rain water into RV and flooded my place, The craftsmenship of this Silver LAke is a joke. So many issues and I have currently been waiting on parts since August still no resolve. I only get weekly texts waiting on parts. I have contacted a attorney Lemon Law fits the bill. Do yourself a favor buy used hire a inspector for $400 and make sure you are getting what you are paying for! I know im paying for trusting this joke of a establishment.

We purchased a new 2023 OutdoorsRV Creekside 19MKS from RVs.com in Mesquite TX last week. After driving 15 hours to pick up the camper they informed us the board for the auto leveling was bad and they would have to order a new one. If they had informed us before our trip, we would have rescheduled. The first night in the trailer we notice the pocket door was broken and completely unusable. There was also a drawer that was non-functional. Less they 24 after the sale we noticed water coming from the underside, upon further inspection we noticed the access panel had significant damage, holes, and was falling off (this camper has a sealed underbelly). While under there we noticed significant corrosion and rust. Much more than our Micro Minnie which was purchased in 2017 and was used in 42 states had. We called RVs.com immediately and asked to undo the sale since we felt the trailer was very much misrepresented to us. The General Manager refused our request. He said he would contact OutdoorsRV to have the issues addressed. It's been more than one week and he haven't heard back from him at all.
Worse experience ever -- I am very disappointed and regret the purchase. If I could undo this sale today, I would.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

I had a mixed experience here. I was all set up to buy a private sale camper but the title was a mess, and so I ended up here to purchase a new one. (I'm a travel nurse, so this is pretty much my home away from home...and I needed one in a timely fashion for an assignment.) The salesman, Gary, was very nice and easy to work with. He led my dad and I through looking at several different campers and helped me to find one I liked.
The buying process was a little more drawn out than I felt like it should have been, but that, too, wasn't a really a problem except the amount of time it took to get the deal done...we were just ready to be out of there. Came back a couple days later (so they could get it ready) and got the trailer with the little camping package they offer. Did a walkthrough with a tech and off we went. The trailer itself has worked fine and no problems except that the bathroom door doesn't quite shut right, but that could be a leveling problem. I'm a little afraid to take it back in because I don't know how long it will take them to fix it. This was all at the beginning of July.
Fast forward to three and a half months later, and I still don't have my plates. I called and was issued a second temporary tag, and was told that the state was behind as well as the dealership. I've called the DMV and the county to check if my registration has been in process...neither has any info on my trailer. Both different clerks told me that they might run behind, but not that far behind. As of the date of this review (this morning), I have been told that the person who handles the registration there said there was an issue with my registration and she had to go back to the tax office to deal with it today. While I have the second temporary plate to cover me for a little while, I am not really understanding why at this point I don't have the plates I paid for and should have already received...and I've been advised by the DMV to make a complaint.
I have yet to need the service plan, but I'm not expecting stellar results there either. I don't usually leave bad reviews, and not everything has been bad, but a big portion of this experience has been like getting teeth pulled.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Complete liars. don't trust anyone at this dealership. they sold me a RV they said the book value was $32,000. they sold it to me for $27,500. Like a idiot I believed them. Turned out this Rv is valued by to have a average NADA MSRP of $14,000! How I caught it, the original receipt from previous owner was accidentally left in RV and it was sold by same dealship brand new 4 years before for $15,000!!!

This organization loves to take advantage of people's hard earned money time & trust. I purchased a new RV during the winter. After they got the check I was ghosted by several staff. There were issues from the start that were very severe and detrimental from top to bottom. I was told it's normal and don't worry about it. I can verify everyone there is a liar and cheat. I personally wouldn't trust a word that is uttered.

It would be hard to overstate how poor the service is here. Overpriced is where it starts. There is zero service. I was called to pick up my not completed RV for the third time (this time they ordered and made me pay in advance for the wrong part). I scheduled my pick up time and of course it wasn't ready. Why? As I was nastily told, "no one told me. So let it go and leave me alone. Or I won't get it at all."
This is the just one of the many horrible incidents. I will never be back and I will be as clear as I can...you shouldn't either.
Marcus Lemonis is a joke. He's good at taking money and literally nothing else.

Excellent experience while looking at different trailer and rv options. Knowledgeable staff and no high pressure sales tactics. Only complaint would be the dusty lot, felt bad tracking dirt into the beautiful RVs.

Stopped by here just looking and not really wanting any salesperson to shadow us. Unfortunately, we did get shadowed by a salesperson.
I really just want to look and when I'm ready for sales support I will let them know.
The salesperson was just doing his job, it's not his fault but I would REALLY just to LOOK without a salesperson guiding us.
This RV business has a smaller selection of RVs and the building (sales and service building) is somewhat rundown.
3/5 is my rating. It's not a "Best in Class" RV center, but they do have some inventory that you might like.

Requested a quote. Got a hold of Gary who started putting things together. I told him that I already had financing in place. He told me that he required my Social Security Number in order to complete a quote. If you don't know, it's an old trick that they use to start prequalifying you through their own financing division even though I never gave permission. Totally shady. Anyways, I told him and the company to not contact me anymore due to this. Guess what happened? Two more goons contacted me trying to sell me RVs. Stay away from this company. And to be clear, Cody and Sandra -- Stop calling me. Stop emailing me. I do not want to do business with you.
