New Serenity Spa - Facial and Massage in Scottsdale

Booked a last minute appointment online and had a deep tissue massage with Lupe, who was excellent. Right from the first few minutes she was finding the knots and unlike many (usually female) therapists who use their thumbs or elbows for deep tissue she was able to do a really satisfying firm massage that never hurt. I had originally booked the serenity spa massage which includes a bunch of extras like a sugar scrub and scalp massage but we decided from the start that we would prioritize my pain areas and I did not miss those extras at all. I would absolutely ask for her again.

Only negative with this location vs their sister spot at Inspire by the lake is that there is no shower here.

We had a 2 hour couples massage on New Years Eve 2023. The spa had a very calm, relaxing vibe. The front desk staff and our two massage therapists were friendly, professional, and great at what they do. Our massage therapists listened to what we were each needing and we both enjoyed our massages. We left feeling so relaxed. A great way to end 2023 and be ready for the New Year.

I truly had the best massage of my life!!! Usually I find them to be a disappointment. But Kayla blew my mind. She is a freaking gem!!!! I can't say enough good things. Strong pressure, obviously had a true knowledge of the body, divided the 60 minutes really well, checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying... the scents & oils were great, the place is super clean & nice, and the price was very fair. I don't live in Arizona, but I'd come back for Kayla... or kidnap her... either way. Haha! 100!!!

During my birthday trip, a friend and I decided to book some time at the spa. New Serenity was 1 of the 2 more affordable spas with great reviews so it was selected for services. Alicia performed my facial and let me just say that my entire body feels great! She asked questions about products used and made recommendations for products to focus on to get my desired results . She was extremely easy to talk with and the massage in addition to the facial have made for the perfect conclusion to my bday weekend. I highly recommend that you check out New Serenity and definitely Alicia for your skin care needs.

My son gave me a gift card for my birthday and this was my second time. It is expensive for what you get. This was my second time and the first time I went I got the last appointment of the day and they hushed me out after the massage because they wanted to close. This second time which was yesterday I got there 5 min late because of traffic and she shortened my massage by 10min. I wish they could accommodate stuff that we can't really control. I was coming from chandler and did not expect traffic and left few minutes early and still got stuck. The massage was good but it is a place to go go go. I like to take my time and few relaxed afterwards.
I also wish they would have some time in between clients so they can accommodate circumstances like this.
I will not recommend or return. There are better places to go to.

My husband and I went for a facial and serenity massage for our 9th anniversary today. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything from the initial greeting, to the beautiful walls lined with photographs captured by the owner, to the wonderful locker rooms that were well stocked with clean robes and slippers and steamed towels, to the complimentary mimosas my husband and I we received for our anniversary. All down to the little details that were taken into account when we had our facial and massages. We both felt supremely pampered and I left the place glowing, literally! :) Superb place and services. I would highly, highly recommend this place to anyone!

This spa is so relaxing , when you walk in its just so calming and the staff was so welcoming and they really listen to what you want.

The best place to have a massage and facial. I come here every time I travel to Scottsdale and The providers are consistently amazing! I highly recommend it and after your treatment, grab a bite to eat Nextdoor at Wildflower. Thank you New Serenity! I will definitely be back.

This spa is in a strip shopping area. When you walk in you're not immediately transported however the prices were the same as the other spas with gorgeous views out in the desert.
We did not get to relax and undress prior to our attendant coming to retrieve us for our session.
That said they warm, kind and welcoming. My room was quiet, warm and comfortable. She is knowledgeable and recommended treatments. She took her time and did an awesome job. I left feeling great, feeling refreshed and "dewy". I felt the money was well spent. Very enjoyable.
