Eddie was so helpful, so many times! He provided us with the best quotes on tile by far! I definitely recommend this place! They have alot of options in their store gallery to choose from; however, if you don't see what you're looking for they can order you a free quick sample! I was able to locate tile through them that other tile shops couldn't find. We were impressed! Their whole team is awesome! I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

These guys have the best tile prices than other tiles stores we went to (for the same tiles). They could be a bit more organized but they make up for it in customer service.

Great experience at New Metro Tile, with Carmen and Adrian. The store has a vast selection of tile and it's easy to get lost with all the beautiful displays they have. I would highly recommend bringing samples of the finishes you've already selected (Cabinets, adjacent wood flooring, paint colors, etc.) and schedule an appointment with Carmen to help you select a tile that will match your existing finishes. If you're just starting and only have ideas at the moment, Carmen is great at visualizing with the customer.

Adrian was very helpful and patient, even after I changed my mind twice and he had to research the prices. Adrian is dedicated to his customers and will go out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Adrian also delivered the tile to my home and carefully inspected the boxes before they were off loaded, there were some damaged boxes which Adrian took back and reordered.

RECOMENDATION: Metro should let the customers know that if it's a large order, someone should be at the site to help offload the tile.

I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. I went to Tile Depot before coming here and had a much better experience here. I love the staff, especially Armando, and the owner Eddie. I talked to another couple there who said they been to every tile store in the area, and this is one of the best. The husband said "when I think of buying tiles, I think of New Metro Tile". And I would say the same thing!

The store looked intimidating at first because it was not super spacious, but Armando helped make it easy. I would just describe what I wanted and he would pull out what they had! I said things like "do you have a white wood-look tile?" Or if things were pricey for me, I would say, "do you have something similar but cheaper?". Every single time, Armando found me a solution. He made some good design suggestions, helped figure out how much I need to buy, and really knew what they carried. He gives you 100% undivided attention, so if he's with another customer, you need to be patient for your turn, but it's worth the wait! I picked out every thing I needed in one visit.

Eddie the owner is very kind, offered water, took the time to talk to us about making sure we find what we like.

Just a note that a lot of things need to be special ordered (took 3-4 days for mine to arrive) They do have some stuff available in store and they can tell you exactly what those are.

This is the best tile store hands down. They have the best prices. Great selection. They serve contractors and home owners both! And if you call and make an appointment they have a FREE designer that I have sent many of my customers too and they all Love her.
And for contractors like myself if they say the tile is coming in a week its there in a week. Unlike at CV tile where they say a week and it ends up being 4 weeks and the client looks at you thinking your the jerk. New metro also has a trilingual staff!!! Can't say enough about this spot

They sell mostly just tiles and they have a large selection. They also list the manufacturer of the tiles. I found a few that I liked and asked about pricing. They were busy so I had to wait awhile but the person helping me was very friendly and answered all our questions with ease. The prices on the tiles I liked varied from 12$ to 27$ per sq ft and he explained the great price difference on such similar looking tiles.

They jam pack a lot of tiles into their space but it doesn't look too cluttered. I'll probably buy my tiles from them and update my review depending on the ordering process.

Hidden Gem!!!!!!!!!

First off...I love the Glass Tile here. I have driven past this place forever and until you buy a house and start a DIY project, you won't even think of spots like this. Don't fret, the market is even more affordable than ever before and you may be getting a house soon!

Mom and Pop business that kicks ass over HD, LOWES, Expo, etc. They are all about your tile needs here at New Metro. Yes, free donuts, coffee, tea and yes..they are super friendly. Place can get crowded, but you can find some very good deals or discontinued tile that are hella cheap. If you have a small project, stop by and check this place out. No one that I have recommended this place to, did not find what they needed. The last person I sent here, purchased her tile and medallion for her Foyer at NMT. Also, NMT was featured on one of those Renovation shows on DIY network. I think it was the Las Vegas Flip episode.

Plenty of street parking right on Alhambra Road. Right on the border between los angeles and alhambra, you next project has New Metro Tile written all over it.

I showed the person at the front desk the 4" x 4" sample tile I wanted, and he quickly found the closest color for us, advised on the quantity purchaseable, wrapped it, and processed our purchase. Great attitude!
