The best healing remedies and herbs in the world. I'm so happy I discovered this place. It was a start to my healing journey and I've been going strong ever since.

Special does not even begin to accurately describe the experience I had here today as it seems like too insignificant of a word in comparison. It was a rare one for me. Quite honestly, I don't know why I haven't come here sooner. I'm blown away.

When I walked in and was immediately greeted with a contagious smile by a gentleman named Brian. You can literally feel the love and positivity flowing through his personality. I came in bumming it pretty tough though, wearing a hoodie with no make up on but I did not feel judged lol. He gave me a hug and announced to the store it was my first visit after we introduced ourselves. There were maybe 2 people inside who didn't seem to pay any mind. It was funny.

I was given a tour of the store and provided with some tips on their herb/spice room etiquette as well as the fresh food options they provide during different days of the week. He assured me that everything in the store is 100% vegan and we will get charged 50 cents any time we say the word "meat." and if I heard correctly he said he has been vegan for 49 years? Said the store has been open for 51 years? and all that's been missing is....me.
How can you not adore this store?!?!

New Body "Veggie Turkey" sandwich - It is a lot more like a "turkey salad" kind of style as it wasn't actual slices of imitation turkey. I had to stop for a second as I was eating it because it tasted like there was maybe small undetectable pieces of bacon in it or something? (In a good way) The contents of the sandwich are more than it seems. It WIILL fill you up. I also appreciate that they wrap the tomato and pickle separately so it doesn't get mushy. There is definitely care that goes into the preparation of these sandwiches.

homemade fake Chix sandwich is amaze! It's been a lifetime since I had chix salad. They have a bunch of vegan jerky flavors, grabbed one of those to sample. Evolve choc milk plant protein drink is definitely worth a try. Also have a bunch of oils and natural sprays and products. And my fav unsalted kettle chips. Oh and for u skinny byeatches who don't eat, there is salad, besides all the homemade sandwiches. Amazing how friendly humans are, I'd forgotten, when you break away from the toxic crackers.

I was in the neighborhood and searched Yelp for "vegan."

From their hot food section, I got a paper bowl stuffed to overflowing with spaghetti and sauce. I also got a cold veggie turkey sandwich.

I was surprised that my total was less than eight dollars. It was a lot of food. Two meals worth.

I was greeted at the door with a smile. The woman behind the counter was very helpful.

New Earth Health Food is my NEW Favorite place.
They have everything you need to implement great health and the energy in the store is Phenomenal. Brother Brian made it an exceptionally welcoming, knowledgeable experience.

I enjoyed my experience at New Earth. They have great herbs supplements and some hard to find items as well.

It is in the hood but there is street parking right in front of the store.

Great organic foods, supplements, and spices.
I love the organic Teas and they have fresh spices and herbs for high blood pressure, stress, colds etc. Theres a book to pin point the issue you have with a natural herb or supplement. At great price points.

I was looking for healthier places to grab a quick meal around the hood. This spot and two others popped up on yelp and I decided to give it a shot. The store is small but the staff is very friendly. I ended up buying a kombucha and a vegan bologna sandwich, it was really tasty and fairly priced at $3. I am looking forward to eating their hot meals during the weekdays, just wish they would stay open a little later :( Overall, I feel like this mom's and pop's should be more advertised in Compton, since Vegetarians and Vegans are limited on food options. Def. will spread the word with friends.

Love this place! A lot of options! The staff is very nice, patient and helpful! They have almost everything you can think of, plus some. :)
