New Balance Factory Store

Best shoes I have ever owned. I love they are made in America and offer larger and wider sizes. I highly recommend them.

Was just refused service. Couldn't even get my question out. Wow. Won't be going to this store. If this a joke then might want to try and change your greeting to something a little more professional

I took my daughter, who wears a specific type of shoe that supports her orthodics, to this NB outlet. When I walked in, I asked about a very specific NB that's worked well for her (the 990s). Although this store didn't have women's (nor youth her size), the young man (Artyst) that answered my question didn't stop there. He took the initiative to try to help me find options in her size and try them on. Although I didn't purchase anything this visit, I couldn't help but take time to compliment Artyst for his stellar level of customer service. Thank you Artyst you made our visit worth it.

Stopped in for a look while at the Leesburg Premium Outlets. I'm a long-time NB fan and customer. Their sneakers tend to fit my feet better than other brands, and I like the fact that they carry extra wide sizes as I have wide feet.

Jon, one of the managers assisted me. I've been waiting for a pair of NB sneakers to arrive on special order in my size from another company in the area - but I've grown tired of waiting for the sneakers to arrive.

I checked with Jon to see if they carried the NB 1340 shoe - unfortunately they do not (I guess it's to high end for an outlet store to carry). Jon did an excellent job of explaining about roll bars in the sneakers, cross-trainers vs. other sneakers, and such.

While they did not have my sneaker, I do appreciate the effort and knowledge of Jon the manager!

The new balance factory store is located on the west side of the Leesburg Premium Outlets.

I usually like to shop at the Polo factory store here but while browsing the outlets I was attracted by the buy one get one fifty percent of sign which looks like it is pretty popular at this outlet as almost all the stores were sporting this deal.

The new balance store was pretty empty but the employees were extremely helpful and in no time I was walking out with 2 pairs of sneakers.

As soon as I got back from the outlets and was looking to dump the boxes to throw the sneakers in my bag I discovered that one of the pair of sneakers they gave me had both left pairs.

Luckily we were staying only 15 minutes away so I had to go back to the store to replace the left pairs.

Henry, one of the store employees who had helped me earlier was still there and he was surprised to see me again and thought I was returning my earlier
Purchase and was shocked to find out I had two left shoes in the bag. He immediately got the situation fixed and I was out in 5 minutes.

Disaster averted as it could have been worse if I got back to Florida and find out I had a bad pair.

Definitely a fan of New Balance don't get me wrong. I've also been going to this store for years but I stopped in last week only to be left hanging. I could've definitely used some help purchasing some shoes for an upcoming trip that I had, but out of the only two gentlemen up front, one was on his cell phone and the other was talking to the one on the cell phone. Both occasionally looked down the aisle at me grabbing different boxes and trying on a bunch of shoes but a recommendation would have been appreciative and maybe saved me some time. Because my trip was in two days, I ended up buying a pair that I finally liked, but I recommend you do your research on what models you may want to try because you might not receive much assistance.

Walked in today simply browsing through shoes, and after having been to Nike, Reebok, and Adidas, I figured I'd drop by New Balance. I've never worn a New Balance shoe, but I'm glad I've changed that now. The store manager was able to point me in the direction of a nice looking shoe that will excel at my type of workouts and was even particular about making sure my socks fit correctly!

Needless to say, I plan to be a loyal New Balance customer. Thanks Mike!

Nothing better than new balance shoes... lol This location wasn't bad and the store was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.
